The first time I went to this card shop 5 star for sure. Was told 65 % of cash value for pokemon cards over the phone and they honored it. Second time the staff kinda way de-valued the card and the third time just super rude the worker didn't even check the cards value or condition just skimmed thru and offered less that 30 %⭐. 3-5 star depending on who's working.

Their Yu-Gi-Oh section is very well organized, and they have a lot of inventory. Their prices are very good, and they have very friendly employees. Honestly I've been going to their store for almost a year, and I'll probably never stop. Best place for trading cards, especially Yu-Gi-Oh.

Worried before go there cuz saw some negative reviews, but once I stepped in the shop, doubts gone, staff friendly, price friendly, nothing made me feel like I wanna give a 4 stars instead of 5. And well LOL look what I found in the box, LEGIT

I love this place. The brick and mortar store is awesome, from great vibes at locals, to employees helping with deck building. Every time I come here I’m greeted by the owner who is super down to earth and always helps people who are new to the hobby get a better understanding of the game they wanna play or the market in which they want to invest in. Best shop in town! Their frank and sons booth is top notch too! They got whatever you need at a great price, from sealed to singles

The costumer service felt lacking. The worker behind the counter had the energy as if he did not want to be there. Truly a shame, as the place does have a lot of potential.

This small hidden gem. In El Monte valley mall. It's a great card shop collectors. They got a lot of Pokémon and yu-Gi-Oh cards. There not overpriced. They got table to play plus they play episodes from the TV shows. They do have other collectibles like stuffed animals and action figures. I recommend you stop by and show support for the small business. They are very friendly and patient with you. Felt very welcome

These guys are the biggest scammers around. I bought a celebrations elite trainer box that had all fake cards. I bought the box at the frank and sons collectibles in the city of industry. I’m going to go back and show them and everyone around looking at their stand the fake product I bought from them.

My husband bought Pokémon celebrations elite trainer box from them at frank and Sons collectible’s . All the celebrations boosters were fake and all the other booster packs were repackaged.
