Took my Rivian in for a tire rotation and the process could not have been any easier! These guys are true professionals with years of experience! Because I had side steps on my truck they had to move my truck from rack to rack to make sure no damage was cause to my beautiful truck! I want the ownership to know this was noticed and very much appreciated by your loyal customer! Thank you for taking the time to do things right.

B2g2 deal sounds good till you price out install and alignment. They still charge you full price in the end. No thanks. About $400 for installation and alignment. ?

Very happy with my experience at Discount Tires.
Got a flat while visiting from out-of-town, and luckily this Discount Tires was within a few miles of where I was staying.
Vick from Discount Tires was very patient and knowledgeable while explaining what my potential options were. After diagnosing my tire, he told me that it was unlikely to be fixable (I already knew that going in... the damage was on the sidewall, and it's too dangerous to fix those).
He also did not have my specific tire in stock, but he could have overnighted a new one if I wanted to replace it. However, I only needed a temporary tire that would get me home, and luckily he had a used one in stock that would do just that.
Less than hour later, my car was all set, for a price that I was very happy with.
Highly recommend anyone with a tire emergency to check out this place!

I have been to Brea and Pasadena location. This is the best. I went there Saturday morning around 8AM and there were 5 cars ahead of me. i was told 3 hours wait but my rotation and balance were done in less than 1 hour. Brea and Pasadena took more than 4 hours to do the same work unbelievable. Actually, Pasadena didn't even rotate my tires. I found out because my dash board tire pressure monitor showed 2 tires that leaked in the same spot.

Custom wheel guys, this is the spot! I have tried all the other "Company"s that say they are the best, but they always leave small marks on my wheels.
Vic at Discount Tires in El Monte has always been the man! Most importantly, however he mounts and dismounts tires, there is never a mark left. Fast service! Great pricing! Honest service! This is really the only place I trust. I've been going here for years now. I have been seeing more and more custom wheel customers here with the same experience as myself.
Don't be fooled by big talk from these other shops. I know Discount Tire Centers are a chain, but the one in El Monte, run by Vic is really a notch above any non-chain shop with the most expensive tire machines.
Highly recommended, as Discount Tires in El Monte has proven over the years they sit above the rest. Ask for Vic!

We bought new tires last year and this year had a transmission fluid exchange and coolant exchange. They even checked an engine light message. Very helpful and professional plus they accept the Synchrony Auto Care card.

Recently got this car from my wife as an anniversary gift and wanted some new wheels. Called up Vic and for some Volk Racing Wheels. Originally wanted the G025's but Vic recommended these C28's and I could not be happier. Been coming to Vic for over 30 years now and he never disappoints. I bring all my cars to him when they need new tires and he is always cheaper than Costco. Quality work and awesome customer service. He is always smiling and happy too. I trust no one else with my tire service.

Called to see if Vic was available since I ran over a nail with all the construction that's been happening around my neighborhood and Vic was able to patch it up. Service was quick and efficient.
