“I came by this store looking to buy an air fryer. Despite testing it in store, I took it home and noticed it had a broken fan on my first use. I contacted Tony who told me to come back and trade it back in. I appreciate the integrity displayed by the staff here, which you don't usually see from shops like this. Would come back!”
“Good store, Saw a traffic light inside the store that was funny. it’s a 2 story store but the escalator didn’t work so you climb it like a stair case. Restrooms are on the second floor and they aren’t the best or the worst.”
“They always have good sales and coupons. They have a large variety of clothes, shoes, household items and other things. There is also a Sephora and an Amazon drop off desk for returns, which is convenient. I'd recommend this place to shop for anything for oneself or for gifts.”
“I was doing some frantic last minute holiday shopping and the whole team at this location was very kind and helpful! I wanted to give a special shout out to Alexander though whose customer service skills were amazing, 10/10!! Not only was he able to help me clarify which items were on sale and for what price, he also went out of his way to find me the size I wanted by calling another location to see if they had it! And even though I was bugging him the whole time I was in the store and pestering him with a bunch of questions, Alexander was able to assist me with nothing but a friendly smile the whole time! I also work in retail so usually i'm pretty observant when it comes to customer service in other stores, but I just had to comment on Alexander's because his was just through the roof (:”
“We came to get Christmas pictures done, and they were so amazing. My 2 year old was not having it, but we got one good picture, and the rest were great of my two older girls.”

“1 of my Nordstrom Rack friends and I shopped here one trip to 'The Shops at Santa Anita,' and stumbled upon this super cute Japanese boutique shop? Any ways, we were hanging out here at least for half the day and we saw a lot of Toy Story 3 stuffed animals on top of Snoopies, so I decided to take a lot of pics here while we were browsing. Miniso, Arcadia, CA is very reasonably priced here and next time I have time visiting my Nordstrom friends again I'll support them. But this was just a browsing trip.”

“My wife and I stopped by this Macy so she could return an item here. We were already in the area so that's why we came to this one. We parked on the roof of the parking structure since all the other parking spots in the garage were taken. So we entered through the top level and had to go down to the lower level to return the item. This Macy is very nice, I think it's the nicest Macy I been to just because of the way they decorate inside. You feel like you're in a high value store based alone on how they display their items. The staff are great here and will answers all your questions.”
“Havnt shop Kohl's in along time, many years. Pleasantly surprised! Sales Floor clean and well merchandised. Found what I was looking for. **Maybe the trick to shop here is early - when they open. Opening hours are at 9am!”

“Surprisingly when you order online and you go to pick it up, the employees know how to do their jobs, well at least when I went in several times that week. They always had my order right!! They gave me no attitude!! And it was never lost in the lost and found!! So with that being said, I'm leaving there with no headaches and they receive five stars!! “Not all Marshall HomeGoods stores created equal A couple of days ago, I wasn't particularly looking for anything in store, but happened that I spotted few throw pillows that I liked. Wow, they were on clearance sales $18.00 from original sticker price $64.99 a piece. I selected two, and asked the cashier if I could return if they don't work well with my furnitures. Regina, the store key staff, was behind the cashier, she kindly reminded the cashier that starting early October, all merchandise can be returned before January 25, 2024. - with price tags attached. So joyfully I carried these cushions home. It ended up that I went back to the store and got more throw pillows. Regina was always there to assist her associates and me with smiles. I told her that I really like this store, well organized and displayed. I am happy that the store is here in Rowland Heights.”

“We visited TJ Maxx, and HomeGoods and picked up a few items, we visited all the TJ Maxx HomeGoods in the area San Gabriel Valley, Orange County area, and San Bernardino County they have good discounts and a lot of items they always have seasonal, spring, and summer items are up now This TJ Maxx is fairly big always well stocked. There is plenty of parking with handicapped stalls at the front entrance.”
“Best deals in town! I have loved this store since it's pic n save days! As a teenager I could spend my babysitting money here and come out with lots of cool finds! It makes me sad to see the big lots stores closing, my entire home is filled with big lots deals! Sofa, fireplace, bed, mattress, dresser, recliner, book shelves, coffee table, end tables, magazine table, desks, you name it, I got it from Big lots!! I love this store and I will drive from north Hollywood to Northridge for my deals! ( I have to since both of my north Hollywood stores are closed now)”

“This TJ Maxx is located in the Quad Plaza with Ross, Marshalls, Michaels etc. It is small to medium sized. It was organized and uncluttered. It had old school quality items as well as new unique finds. ..nice Brahmin, Movado watches etc. Service was welcoming. The prices were varied and competitive. Parking can be tight.”
“I love how Nordstrom employees are always helpful and offer great customer service. I have gone to other stores with high ticket items and they never greet me and they look at me like "what is she doing here?" But Nordstrom never does this. Whenever I want to try an item or look at an item they always help. I love Nordstrom and every Nordstrom treats me the same.”
“Was in search for some black colored Duct tape. So , my Lady and I set off for Big Lots, where she enjoys shopping from time to time. I found this 1" roll of Gorilla Duct tape that I needed to replace the shiny gray ugly, reflection off the top of the dashboard of. Our Avenger. Worked like a charm so far? Lol! Once I a while I get lucky in more ways than 1. So therefore, I'm going out on a limb to say I will, for the time being, will Co-Sign for this business, for now, so stay tuned for my next encounter with a business. “This is a median store compared to other marshalls stores, despite its size it is well distributed and has a good assortment. Although I did not find what I was looking for, I am very satisfied with customer service, their employees strive to provide assistance, give suggestions and even indicate other possible places where you could find what you are looking for.
