Bad service in the pharmacy Terrence was not helpful. We went this morning at opening time 10am. We were told medication would not be ready until 4pm. What type of service is this? When you need medication for your sick children asap.

The manager (DANY) is very rude, you just walk into the store and he already witnesses with Aber's eyes if you are going to steal something. I don't like his attitude. And I have been going to that store for years and I have never heard anything like this happen with the other managers who had that store before. I liked to go more often now that he is almost no longer a boy because of his attitude. That has so many people. He is always angry, thinking that every person who enters steals and is after you. And what he really should realize is that he didn't realize that some perfumes were stolen from under his nose and even more so then.

The 5 starts is for Pharmacy and Mr Terrence. Every time I come here and not only for me. Mr Terrence have excellency in customer service. And make sure individuals are serve with proper manner and fair service. He is a very advocate of excellence customer service.

Danny was awesome!! Helped me as soon as I walked through the door and then he rang me up and asked me about my rewards. I put my number in and he told me if I spent 4 more dollars I'd get 10 off!! So cool! He was very friendly and helpful!! Thanks Danny!!!

Honor your extrabucks reward coupons. I spent over $30 on pampers on 7/22 so I can receive the $10.00 rewards as advertised. Coupon printed, everything was great. Come today 7/27 to use the extrabucks and the front end to say it is not valid and accused me of returning an item. I guarantee I did not return an item, because those pampers were for a baby shower. I am a loyal customer and to accuse me of lying is horrible. They said call customer service cause they could do nothing for me. I called customer service who basically said I lied about the coupon because there was no coupon # in the system. I told them I am holding the receipt, I am holding the coupon and gave the #. I did not return any items and I had just cut the coupon from the receipt there. To not honor your advertisement is a disgrace. False advertising to get the customer to spend should be illegal. Is it? I wonder how many people do you do this to? I had told many people about the CarePass and how good it was to spend at CVS and get cash back for rewards to use. Many complained they got swindled. I never believed it till now. So today, I cancelled my CarePass on another number that I had, also had my daughter and her boyfriend cancel theirs. You had my loyalty and now it is gone. Disappointed in the lack of care given by employees. As far as I am concerned you owe me $10.00 for the coupon I couldn't use. Since the manager on site at the time was unwilling to help and shrugged his shoulders, I'll do the same and never walk in that store again. SHAME ON YOU FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Inadequate employees and shady advertising will result in further loss of sales. Which is probably why you make your cashiers push CarePass, your hoping customer's forget to spend their $5 cause basically you are charging them $5 plus tax to take back their own $5 and get an additional $5. CROOKS!

Most of the staff at the Lower Azusa CVS is great..... Except for the Rude & Unprofessional Manager (Danny Hebri). This dude needs to be fired. He gives CVS a bad name. He mistreats females and the elder minorities..... Overall, it's bad for business!!

The drive thru experience needs to be improved. It takes way too long. There is still a covid testing line and a separate line for pickup of orders. Yet the pickup for orders had five cars waiting and in that entire time waiting not one car ever went to the covid testing line. The staff could have utilized that line as well and shortened the time we had to wait and assist the customers. Just ridiculous.

They made me feel like a criminal today, was using self checkout after picking up some medicine, and the guy with the beard and grey shirt who was helping another customer at the register today called over the speaker for an associate to go to self checkout area. The associate proceeded to overlook entire transaction making sure I wasn’t stealing anything after i scanned everything in, he proceeded to take over the self checkout screen and prompted me to pay, which I did. During all of this the employee who was at the register with the grey shirt, was staring at us the entire time, and even after we paid and walking out he made it very obvious he was looking at us walk out and looking at what we had in out hands. I have never in my life been so uncomfortable shopping somewhere. If this Cvs location can’t handle self checkout then maybe you guys should remove it from the store, instead of having customers feel harassed.

Waiting for a long line on the phone for the refill and then someone hung up on me before I can say anything. Called back and some lady spoke to me but kinda rude, shortly reply what I asked and hung up again. I’m not sure if because it’s Monday or something.

This cvs is like all self service. I came here to pickup contact eye drops but it was locked behind a cage. I rang the service button four times for someone to even come up to us and say give me a second to have to wait another ten minutes to actually be helped. Bruh took me 25 minutes to pickup an item because it was behind the cage. Was funny too because you hear everyone in the pharmacy chit chatting and having a great time. It's sad because this location seems quite understaffed and the service is no where to be found. Still has great items though haha.

I submitted 5 applications for a store associate position, one of which came back as a rejection four days later from this very store. The response was, "Thank you for your interest in CVS Health. Unfortunately, we have identified other candidates that better fit the specific skills necessary for this position." This is absolutely false. Nobody else is a better fit than me. If you even took a look at my resume, you would see that I have the skills. I worked in customer service for years, and I have a college degree. Meanwhile, many of your employees only have a high school diploma! I take it that you didn't even look at my resume. The other four applications better have more positive results. I will be in touch with you again after those results come in. Thank you.

I love the cashiers and the managers at this store. They are always willing to help. Store is clean and associates are very friendly. All the managers that I have encountered are super friendly and helpful! I love shopping at my local cvs.
