Very pleasant tellers, very respectful, always helpful and they answer all questions. I love this branch. Manager greets you, make you feel good. I've been with citibank since 1978 and would never switch to another bank.

A location that's ABSOLUTELY GOOD FOR NOTHING!!!! I am SOOO glad I am not personally a member of Citibank, however my Best Buy CC utilizes Citibank. One would think that if you have to make a payment, you could do it directly with the bank that company deals with? That is not the case with this branch. There tellers are probably so incompetent and lazy they don't know how to process the transactions. I just also received check (once again from Citibank) and wasn't able to cash it at this branch. I was told another branch farther than I'd like to go to cash a check would be able to help me better. Going into and out of this branch was just a huge disappointment. Really makes me wonder how they treat their actual members. My advice, stay FAR away from this branch.

If you're coming to this Citybank, I highly recommend Vivian. She is extremely helpful and very attentive to your questions. She helped me open a CD account and explained the whole process very well and guided me in choosing the best option for my account. She is extremely patient, has a great attitude, and amazing customer service skills. I really appreciate her giving customers a call whenever the interest rates go up. This demonstrates how dedicated and committed she is to both her work and clients. Vivian is an excellent addition to this Citybank branch and cares about her work and delivering a great customer experience to everyone. I highly recommend coming to her for any questions or concerns because she will go above and beyond in assisting you.

The tellers name i think is regina but i wanted to say thank you for helping me depositing a foreign check, very kind and professional. Too bad i cannot say the same thing about this other branch who basically turned me down which i had to call the offices of citibank regarding this problem and they suggested to go to a different branch which lead to me to go to el monte which is originally the branch i opened my 1st acc but i live in another city so yeah. Anyways, thank you again citibank el monte.

During the epidemic, the BOA next door waited in line for an hour and couldn't complete the transfer, but Citibank did it in 5 minutes. I have never felt so comfortable going to the bank.

Today, we tried to open a business account with the banker. but the banker Ethan H. has a terrible attitude. and within less than 10 min. he keep using hand sanitizer, I was so scared because it seems like he has so many virus in his hand. He was very un professional, we were just trying to open a checking account and he made all impossible. Citibank, this is a shame. Horrible service and unqualified staff un willing to help clients.

I would gave this this place a negative score if there is one. They treat customer like a fool. Don't try to fall into their so called promotion deal. They will try to head all the facts and lie to you to get you deposit money there. Down to the street there are BoA and Chase, service are far much better. At least they will not lie and when you do need to call customer service, you get someone in US vs. Citi will have someone outside the country who not only does not solve your problem, but just kick the ball around.Avoid this place if you can!从经理下面的职员，说话居然不认账。一群骗子。任何他们说的话都不要当真， 一定要他们写下来签名！

I was here to try and add my wife's name to my checking account. I went in the bank and there was only 1 customer in the bank, doing business at the teller. There was a gentleman sitting at a desk doing nothing. I went up to him and told him I needed some help. He asked how he can help and I told him I would like to add my wife's name to my account. She took time off work to go with me that day. This gentleman said he could not help me without an appointment. I asked why he can't help me since he's doing nothing at the moment. He said he was "expecting an appointment". But surely you can help me and then when your appointment shows up, they would be next in line for help. Isn't that how things work? Just as I was about to leave, I went to the teller to deposit my check. The teller was very helpful and courteous. He asked if I wanted to apply for a credit card because they had a special promotion and to ask his colleague, the gentleman that's sitting at his desk doing absolutely nothing to help me apply. I told him I didn't want to waste that guy's precious time as he can't help me add my wife's name to my account. I would hope the management of this bank read this review, maybe change things up a bit to be more service oriented. Not only offer help when they want you to sign up for new accounts, but to service the needs of current account holders as well.

You actually have to pick a star to place your review. Wow. I've never been to a bank that won't take your money or payment. It just seems you walk into a twilight zone. No customers of course and 2 open windows for service. I couldn't not make a credit card payment unless I had an account. But my credit card shows your bank. Then they tell you. Get a pin and use an ATM as if the only 2 ladies working are only there for show. Nothing like being with a credit union no fees and the believe in customer service. It just sucks Costco uses this bank for credit. Don't waste your time with this bank.
