The older man should not serve, what a horrible way to serve his clients, I don't know the name of the young man who is always there but when you are not better closing... we do not have to put up with the bad treatment.

I'd give this place negative stars if that an option. TWICE they gave me a crappy phone that was no longer compatible, while still charging me a set up fee and for a month's worth of data. I wouldn't trust anything that they say, they're just out to take your money.

I went to this store to add time to my dad's phone on two occasions. The first time, the person behind the counter was very helpful and assisted me immediately, requiring only my dad's name and number to proceed.The second time I went in, however, the person sitting behind the counter didn't even acknowledge I was there until I practically leaned over to make eye contact. It was a different employee this time around -- a middle-aged guy with glasses, a bad mustache, and a ridiculous fisherman's hat. He also wasn't wearing a mask, which is very unsafe considering the pandemic isn't over.I told him I wanted to add time to my dad's phone, and I asked, "Do you want his name and number?" He said he wouldn't be able to do that because he needs the carrier as well, which I was unsure of at the time. I told him the previous person who assisted me was able to look up my dad's info using his name and number. He said, "I can't do that. We have about 20 carriers so I would have to look him up by carrier first." He didn't even try to give me some of the carriers' names, which is interesting considering there were absolutely no customers at the store besides me, so it's not like this dude was busy.I told him the last employee I talked to didn't make it this difficult, to which he responded, "He probably knows your dad." I told him, "No, my dad's a newer customer and doesn't know the other employee." He dismissed my comment and said, "No, he probably knows him." Sure, because this fisherman-looking fool has intel on who my dad may or may not know.In any case, I wasn't assisted and was surprised by how shoddy the customer service was the second time around. Not all employees are created equally, as the first was very helpful, but this particular hobgoblin of a human being was the very definition of useless. Also, in case I haven't stressed it enough, he looked absolutely idiotic with that fisherman's hat.

Got my whole family a new phone here. Just switched today. Also got a free accessory with all my new phones I got. The worker there was very helpful and perfessional.

I've been coming to this Boost store for years and I keep coming here because of the service, but today the two ladies in the store offered the worst service ever. They wouldn't sell me an iPhone because someone else from another store was on the phone at the same time I was in the store and called "dibs" on the last two iPhones they had in stock. Please note that i was paying cash for the phone so they would actually make more money off of me rather than selling it for $49 to the person on the phone. What ever happened to loyalty? I've been with Boost for years, and they tried to tell me that the person on the phone called in the morning which is not true, I heard one of the very inexperienced salesperson tell him they only had 2 left in stock. I guess it's time to leave Boost...
