I witnessed the owners of Boost Mobile in El Monte belittling the security guard in front of everyone. They even cussed him out because they didn't want Outreach USA, a non-profit organization geared towards educating low-income individuals about various government programs where they can obtain a smartphone and service for free, to be there. Business must really be bad, or they are just horrible people. They even called the police on the individual representing Outreach USA, cussed him out, and tried to scare him by claiming they owned the entire mall. Shame on you, Boost Mobile owners!

The repair guy, he knows what he's doing. He did a great job fixing my phone's broken screen, and he doesn't take a day or two. He did it in 1 hour, on the same day! My phone looks new!

Took my Galaxy s20 Ultra phone to get the camara glass fix, they ended up breaking the rest of my phone, they claimed that it was like that before but for sure it was NOT.

This is the best place to purchase and keep phone service. FINALLY someone explained the difference between Boost and the "big Mobile" phone companies. Does NOT matter what time we go in the customer service is unbeatable and I will go to no one else to fix my phones. His prices are way more than fair and he's stayed past closing time more than once to finish fixing my phone. There is no comparison and I'm a customer for life!
