I came here to change my bike tire and they popped my inner tube. They gave me a another inner tube that was the incorrect size?♂️ not only that but I had to wait 3 hours just for a tire change

Joe helped me out and really hooked it up! I got exactly what I wanted and even test road it before even deciding if I wanted it. He even delivered it to me PERSONALLY to my house because my car couldn’t fit the bike. If you want a good price, good service, and flexible payment plan then come here!

LI went to have my bike battery fixed. They told me that they needed to order a part and that they would charge me $55. I left half and the other half when they delivered it to me. Almost a month went by and they didn't fix it and they only gave me back $15. Also, I bought some patches for $10 that didn't work, I better ordered some much better ones online for $3. I will never go back to this place. It's very expensive and they don't finish the job... I don't recommend it to anyone, it's the worst experience of my life.

Picked up a nice bike under retail price. The owner was very welcoming and easy-going. They tuned up the bike quickly. Definitely will comeback for any other bike needs.

Visited the shop in May and bought an ebike that I rode out of the store. Got a decent deal and i loved that there was a payment plan available. Joe was really great and accommodating to my preferences, he even kept the shop open a bit longer for me to get there and he have me a free protective battery pack bag. I really love my ebike, its small and cool. I only wished it could go a bit faster. I was looking for something that could hit 28mph but my little guy barely hits 20ish. Also not even a month later and I’m having a few problems with the chain falling off and rear tire. Need to visit the shop asap.

Joe and his small team go beyond when it comes to customer service and handling. I have gotten my bike repaired by his shop a few times now, and Joe has always given me a fair price. His shop keeps good attention to their customers' bikes.I had gotten my bike repaired and upon test-riding it, I noticed the wheel alignment and brakes were off and Joe was quick to resolve my issue immediately.Shout-out to Jesse for the maintenance he performed for my bike. You guys are awesome and I'm happy to support this business.
