This is one of the few Big 5 stores that has good customer service; Employees are always willing to help you find what you are looking for and if they do not have the merchandise you need, they gladly help you locate a store where they do have that merchandise in existence.

I shop at Big 5 alot, whether it be shoes, baseball stuff, Christmas stuff.

Cane for shoes . Only place that has wide for my feet .
