The shop never tries to upsell or sell anything unnecessary, and will even dissuade customers from some maintenance items. They are good, honest people who take time to explain things. The work is absolutely incredible, solving nagging issues other experienced mechanics could not sort out. Cars run better than they have in years. Michael and his crew know their Mercedes. They never try to sell me anything and have always taken the time to explain things. Just all around good, honest guys. I won't take my AMG anywhere else!
