The staff here are excellent,I had the pleasure of having Miss Diana Camacho assisting me with all my needs,She explained everything and weighted in on several options,I've been to other locations and had subpar experiences,This well be my home bank from now on.

This branch is ALWAYS CLOSED. It needs to be shut down completely. Always changing hours to some weird time.- I can appreciate that the bank has taken the time to write a reply (written by them on 02/07/24) about a day or so after I wrote my 1 star review. But the issue is that the bank never changes the Google Maps hours to reflect their ever-changing hours. I am someone that needs to conduct business within the bank itself, and driving out to a business to find it closed has become a regular occurence at this particular branch. I hope they can get organized enough to actually change the posting of the hours rather than allow customers to show up at a locked door. I care, which is why I left the negative review in the first place.

Went there (4-5-2023) and is said at the front door No Teller. What bank is that. At least one teller is available. How the client will do the transaction to drive to another bank? Some Bank have limited hours only. Bank should always have a back up Teller. A lady teller too is not nice, no respect to the client. Don't know how to greet customer(s).

Won't even accept Series ee Saving Bonds that are paper. Most banks are supposed to accept them however without an account t there was nothing they could do. I even had two forms of ID yet it was a no.

Horrible customer service at the counter! They just assume someone short wearing a Disney T-shirt and shorts is not someone with two business advantage accounts with them. I only need to withdraw $200 and not with any of my debit cards on hand. The lady gave me a look ant think I am lying to her. Good job, BOA at this branch! I wish customers avoid this branch!
