“We are lucky to have worked with the BEST sales person Mr David Liu and the BEST finance person Ms Elise Fong on 08/31/2024 when we went to Longo Toyota to lease a Corolla . David is knowledgeable , efficient and extremely friendly . He has our best interest and is always working above and beyond his duties to help the customer . We are so impressed by his willingness to help us get our dream car. We spent 4 hr in Longo and is worth every minute of it since we know David will have our back . Ms Elise Fong is also very patient with us and spent almost an hour to explain the lease terms to us in detail . We appreciate her honesty and especially not pushing all the unnecessary services to increase the lease amount . She only recommended the gap insurance , which is crucial if the car is stolen or crashed by uninsured motorist . Kudos to Ms Elise Fong for her friendliness and her honesty . She talked to us like we are old friends and made us feel so comfortable .

“I highly recommend this repair shop! Raul is the best and will take good care of you. I brought my Lexus is250 in years ago after the bumper was damaged. They fixed it and had to replace a headlamp. As a courtesy, they even touched up a few spots where the paint was damaged from bird poop and gave me a small bottle of paint so I could do spot treatments myself. Fast-forward to today I needed to change a headlight bulb. I tried doing it myself but there were extra components making it more complicated than it should have been. They replaced it for me using the bulb I bought and replaced a couple other bulbs that had burned out with their spare parts. They even replaced the clips for my engine covers. Why? Just because they wanted to. Did they charge me for changing my lightbulbs? Nope. You'll get great service here that really goes above and beyond. I'd give 10 stars if I could!”

“Auto body/paint supply shops are few and far between. The store has what I was looking for. Staff was friendly and helpful - I am a do it yourself person, not a professional so helpfulness is a good thing. Pricing seemed a bit high, but it was 6 months ago when I bought the same primer from a different retailer so I may be wrong. Overall, I will be back.”

My insurance wanted to give me an aftermarket part but they try their best to get me an original part which eventually did give it to me. They matched the color of my car to the point I can't tell where the damage was. My car was barely a month when someone hit me and people told me being a brand new car probably the color match would show different, they were wrong!Thank you guys for a great experience and job.
