Every 6 months my rate increases even though I don't have any claims for recent past three years. Whenever I send an email or call, there is no answer as to why the rate is jacked up (it's been jacked up $374 per year since I joined them) and they don't have any customer service skills. I'd go to some other company if I were you. His office completely ignores you when you email them. I wish I could rake in money without having to talk to my clients or justify rate increases! They blame it on the state, how convenient.

They've been raising up our rate every 6 months with no explanation. We've had no claims or reason for them to keep raising it. No tickets. No accidents. They couldn't be bothered to answer the phone or our messages inquiring why. Do NOT get insurance with this person who we've never been able to even speak to.Also, the reason these people are raising their rates is because their business is having it tough and making us pay for it.

The worst in customer service, I had an issue for overpayment and they’re response was, “Well you paid your bill early without telling us, so we went ahead and charged you on your regular payment date. We won’t do anything to fix this. Next time don’t try to be a good customer.”

Armando Ragoza continued withdrawaling auto insurance for more than a year, I cancelled policy on 3 vehicles but they only removed 2 cars from policy and continued withdrawaling for 1 vehicle, tried emailing, left messages, texting and Armando never responded to any messages, couldn't stop automatic withdrawal until I called my bank.Very unprofessional

Horrible customer service, they do not take responsibility for not doing as they say but just blame the customer and are just argumentative. So quick to take money out of your account but want to do absolutely nothing to fix their mistakes. Their communication with customers is horrendous. Overpriced with poor customer service just doesn’t make sense!!!!

My card was compromised and I had to cancel it.I later forgot to update my payments method and as a result I was ask to pay the current month, next month and the last payment.After so many years, I felt treated as I was a delinquent.I’m now switching to another vendor

Luis is the BEST! He is friendly, attentive, and gets things done! I couldn't ask for a better account manager. I had an accident a few months ago and the adjuster was difficult to get a hold of. Luis kept me up to date on my claim and explained everything to me thoroughly. He made the process so much smoother than I anticipated it to be. Thank you for everything LUIS!
