I just bought my arisetan trike and love it! Customer service was great as I needed a a couple screws and they got them to me fast. Smooth ride and I would recommend t anyone!

I can't speak for others who have had issues with their trike but, since I'm a retired mechanic, I kinda know my stuff. This trike delivered by R&L Carriers came in excellent shape and the driver even delivered to my garage door. Great company Addmotor used. The Trike itself from what I can see is will made and though out. I assembled it with no issues and double checked all the nuts, bolts and screws to make sure. Coated all the electrical connection with silicone grease to make sure no moisture gets it. I live in the Northwest and lots of rain. Had good communications with Addmotor also. Love this E-310 Trike and fun to ride. I hope others have a good time with Addmotor. Just my take. Thanks Addmotor.

Great company I lost a part and add motor sent me the part. Just received my new trike and absolutely love it.Due to monitor problems I am unable to ride a regular e-bike. Thanks so much.

Bought our first Addmotor as a Christmas gift. After arduous research, hands down, Addmotor is the only bike that meets not only our seal of approval but also is the safest, as we bought a trike m350. My wife is finding a newfound freedom and as a result, we just bought our second Addmotor. Addmotor is exceptional from customer service (Carol and Sunny), communication every step of the way and all the way to delivery. Addmotor is changing our lives and allowing us more freedom. Thanks!

My husband and I both purchased an M-340 trike and absolutely love them! He bought his from a dealer already assembled and I bought mine online and we assembled it ourselves. The video on how to assemble it was very detailed, which made assembly of the trike so easy. We highly recommend buying an Addmotor e-trike!

I bought a M340-T Grandtan Turbo Electric Trike. The paper work went quick and It was delivered PDQ by Truck and was boxed very well and was in great shape. I had a little assembly to do but it went quickly, and I got a discount to - nice. The trike works great - the dog and I ride around the neighborhood now.

I bought my M-140 R7 on October 13, 2023 and I put 30 miles on the bike over the weekend. My first impressions: the look of the bike is beautiful. The frame is solid and well built. That said, the bike is heavy. It is easily foldable but it is not that portable. I am 5’7”, 175 pounds, and in good physical condition and I struggled to get the bike inside my car. Even when folded, the bike is still big and a little difficult to handle by one person. I have not tried yet to fit it in the trunk of my car but I doubt this bike will easily fit in a small car. The ride was a little rough for my taste but I love the fat tires. They make you feel secure while riding. Maybe a rear suspension will help improve the ride quality. The motor is peppy, the throttle responds smoothly and the transmission changes gears effortlessly. The bike responded well when changing the PAS level. The mechanical brakes work great. They stop the bike without hesitation. The display is easy to read and all the controls are easily accessible. I was able to ride 30 miles before reaching one bar on the charge indicator. Considering that my bike was the previous model with the 48v 16ah battery and that most of my ride was in PAS 3-5, I could have easily gotten around 10 more miles until the battery was fully drained for a total of approximately 40 miles in one charge. So it is fair to assume that by riding in PAS 1 or 2 you can easily get 50-55 miles on a full charge. I am sure the new 48v 20ah Samsung battery will take you a lot farther. But what really thrills me about the bike is what I call the fun factor. After all, most of us buy a toy like this to have a lot of fun. And, in that sense, the M-140 R7 will not disappoint you. Riding it is as fun as it can be. You just don’t want to stop riding. I rode motorcycles for two decades when I was younger and an e-bike is the closest you can get to riding a motorcycle. Yes, you can go faster and farther on a motorcycle, but you can go places and do things on an e-bike that you can’t on a motorcycle. I will update my review as I continue to ride but, until then, happy riding to all of you.

This etrike is a game changer for an old guy who used to ride motorbikes. Our driveway is a fairly typical back road in New Mexico, with big rocks, big holes where the rocks used to be and deep gravel. The 360 bounces over the rocks and holes (makes your fat jiggle if you go too fast) and actually floats over the deep gravel. I only pedal when I start off, as the front wheel will spin otherwise. The laid back position helps my back, and keeps the center of gravity low for cornering and dodging snakes. We decided to try etrikes as our dog is getting too old to walk with us, but still wants to be with us outdoors. So we ordered a doggy trailer (I will modify to tow behind my etrike), and my wife will order the 340 (she is too short for the 360), to continue our outings with our Angel.

I have the M-360 recumbent trike and love it. I have over 1,000 miles on it and no problems at all. I travel all over the USA with it on the back of my 5th wheel. The recumbent is awesome for my old knees, but wherever I go I get people always wanting information.The only maintenance I needed to do was change the tires to street tires, and new brake pads that were very easy to install. It is a great product, and very reliable.

I have enjoyed my M550 for three years. Rode 700 miles without any problems. The best investment ever. I have taken it to several states and use it every time I camp out.

Wow! I am absolutely in love with my army green M-81 cargo bike from Addmotor! I am 6'2" and it fits me perfectly! I love the look and will be also using it as a hunting bike in addition to a beach cruiser and a neighborhood ride. I especially love the 7 pedal assist steps rather than 5. The box came a bit damaged from FedEx and the derailleur hangar was bent, however I was able to straighten it with no problems. I contacted Addmotor support and they responded within 12 hours! I like their fast support and my wife and I went to their Ft. Lauderdale showroom and test drove not only this M-81, also we test drove the M-430 which she purchased this week. It should be delivered in the next 2 days! Addmotor Support has been excellent in regards to my questions and issues. They offered to repair the derailleur hanger however I was able to do so easily. I love the widely adjustable handlebars and stem. The seat is very, very comfortable. I just need to find a compatible springy type seat post for the woods and rough trails for my boney bottom. The display is especially bright even in very bright sunlight, and it doesn't get completely dark when using polarized sunglasses. I also love the rear light, and the headlight is plenty bright for night riding. So far I have 28 miles on the bike and only 1 bar less on the battery display. I'll be doing a great YouTube review soon! Addmotor is a great company and has 2 locations in the US in California and Florida. The showroom representative was very helpful, patient and kind, and allowed us to test ride a few different models. You won't be disappointed in the quality and customer service and support that Addmotor provides. You can't go wrong with Addmotor, and they have a lot of accessories for their bikes. You'll be happy with an Addmotor purchase!

Overall, I'm very happy with my shopping experience here. After doing much research on electric bikes I decided the M340 Trike was the model I wanted.(I'm handicapped and can't ride 2 wheel bikes anymore) When I arrived at their show room, I knew I was at the right place where I could try them all out before buying.Alan let me take several on test rides and answered all my many questions. (No rush and no pressure)After several hours, I had a brand new trike (in the box)in my truck. Assembly was EZ and it was packed very well.I'm now riding all over with ease and can even take my large dog in the basket!

Great trike. I am 67 years old and I assembled this trike on my own without any problems. It was quick and easy. I really love this bike. I was in need of exercise but I have broken both ankles and my knee cap so walking can be quite painfull. With the M340 I can peddle at my own leisure to get some exercise and when I get tired I just hit the throttle and just ride. My wife wanted me out of the house more and this fits that ticket too.I did have an issue when I hit a bump and the motor quit working. I called Addmotor and they were quick to figure out the problem and they sent fuses within 2 days. I am waiting on today's mail to install the fuses and get riding.All and all I am extremely happy with my purchase. I investigated many Etrikes and found this one to have the best specs. I have only had the bike for about 1 week so far and like it very much.UPDATE: The fuse came today and I installed it and I am in the wind again. Did I mention, I really like this trike?UPDATE: I painted the back fenders and basket with high vis yellow to make me more visible when the cagers get off their phones

I am 76-years old and I like to bike, but a little unstable. Purchased an Etrike and it was delivered in prefect condition. I have a 5 acre field that I have several tracks on and it is great for exercise. I can peddle as much as I want and it is very stable. It came mostly assembled and finishing the assembly was easy. I charged it up and everything worked as advertised.
