Never come to this AAA. It is inside of a Toyota dealership and there is only 1 person working. This AAA only does insurance not DMV. Worst experience, will most likely cancel my AAA membership.

Went out of my way to get here and there closed for remodeling. Could have shut off google at this location. Now to late to go somewhere else.

This office has a terrible costumer service. They don't try to help or explain what's going on. They will literally just tell you they can not help you resolve the issues. It's not even a claim. I can't imagine how they are processing clams. The company must be doing so well that they are not interested in retaining existing costumers.

AAA tow services are useless. In May my tire blew out on the freeway. I told them what happened and to please send a tow truck to get me off the freeway. 30 minutes later a Prius shows up. 511 came to change my tire faster than AAA. Thank you 511!

I value having the convenience of AAA services here, specifically DMV services... but I have to tell a really disappointing story. Yesterday I called to verify if I had the right documents to register my car before I went and got hundreds of dollars in cash and drove all the way down there (because you can't use a card to pay for any DMV services there). The person who answered, Crystal, immediately interrupted me mid sentence to tell me she couldn't help me and that I would just have to come in. I asked again can you just tell me the normal documents to bring with me to register a car? I explained I had never done it before. She said, mockingly, "Well then I haven't either!" like she didn't believe me or something? Then I explained that my dad died and left me a car and I don't know what to do and before I could finish that sentence, she SCOFFED at me so loud my husband heard it from the other room. I was totally flabbergasted and so so hurt. So I asked her name and she flippantly told me it was Crystal. I had to wonder, who has that much hate in their heart at noon on a Wednesday?! Crystal I sincerely hope you're never in my position. I'll be praying for you.

I was paying for AAA plus RV. I was a member since 2002 it is now 2022. The first 8 years they came if and when I needed them The last two years, (2 times) I have waited, once over 24 hrs til I called and payed for a tow myself. The last time after 6 hrs the shop had closed it's gate. So I called my own tow truck again in the morning.I then called them to cancel my membership and I received no refund for the remaining 7 months of my membership.They have gone downhill. I recommend finding another roadside assistance company

These AAA gorditas representatives at the Longo Toyota location be on their constipated asses all day and serving up the worst customer attitude ever. Totally foul and stinky!On top of this, AAA California be living in the 90s with their out of date forms of payment for a DMV license plate renewals. Cash or check payments. Credit cards are accepted IF its got YOUR NAME on it regardless of being joint or company accounts. At this point the DMV kiosks be putting your business out for renewals.Apparently, AAA is on the bandwagon of throwing paying members who have been with you for decades under the *RESTRICTIONS APPLY* wokeness that pay for an entitlement not to go through the CA DMV.Parking is limited. Guests who are purchasing vehicles are given 1st priority.
