Friendly environment. Very helpful and never rude the have everything from money orders too loading cards to gift cards 24\7 if there open they do what ever money services needs to be done un like others locations. Make you feel welcome not tomany stores are like that theses days it nice to know sum places still have quality costumer service!!

Very clean and very organized. Went on 10/21/2023 at 9:00 pm and was very pleased with my experience shopping at this location due to the staff. He was very welcoming and had the store looking very clean. Good job bud

If I can give this place zero stars I would. First, the food (burritos) I got once were spoiled & it’s not open like it says it is. I always stop by every morning for my coffee before work and 5 am. And it’s been open until now(05/29/2023). They have a sign on the door saying CLOSED UNTIL a certain time. While the guy is just standing in front of the register picking his nose. This place should close down then if it’s starting to close. Or hire good workers. Also, I got scammed I found out I got charged items twice while paying with ebt. Not a good place. Fix the problem!!

This store does not understand the Mix Match promotion. I tried to buy two of the same drinks, tried to charge me for each with no discount. Told me that I have to buy two different types of sodas.3243 Santa Anita, South El Monte.

Double check the taquitos. Just purchased three chicken taquitos but they were beef. I don't eat beef. Called them and they hung up. Waste of money.

Really nice and chipper early in the morning (or at least compared to me normally) so it's always a pleasure going to that store. They have both the Starbucks and the monster energy drinks I normally buy (I buy lo carb monster and triple shot Starbucks), along with those plant based protesting cookies (not really plant based, but they taste, good provide decent protein and are affordable) including flavors I don't see anywhere else, though I don't see the glazed honey buns there, just the iced ones.I noticed that a lot of the low ratings happened during the early pandemic, and so I think a lot of that had to do with the pandemic, people leaving people coming (as in employment) and dealing with various regulations such as cleaning and no public bathroom use. I hope the other reviewers give them another chance to see if this 7/11 improved.
