Microwave was not working, cashier made me pay for the burrito because I had opened the corner of the plastic wrapper, instructions on wrapper state that before putting in the microwave need to open wrapper, no sign on microwave saying out of order, there for I didn't know microwave didn't work. Not happy with the customer service

Used to go here for coffee before work. I stopped because they hired some creepy guys there that made the entire experience uncomfortable.

I normally go and get coffee but after a fat girl gave me bad service I don't go any more she was very rude I didn't get her name but she is the only girl working there hope they show her some costumer service

They put their taquitos in the wrong place. So I grabbed them from the labeled flavor I wanted, of course assuming I'm getting the right ones. I take a bite and realize they are all not the correct flavor. I go back and let the girl know their food was in the wrong places. And if I can just get the ones I wanted. And she says they have a certain amount of food they can put out? It's 11:30 am? And I say okay, but the flavor was in the wrong spot so it wasn't my fault. And she said if I want to pay, and I say why would I pay? It wasn't my fault it was labeled incorrectly and you guys gave me the wrong ones. I only wanted the correct ones back, not my money. And she didn't offer either. She had the nerve to say "well the flavor you got are good?" WHAT? If I wanted that flavor I would have gotten it! It makes no sense why she could not provide me with either a refund or the correct item I paid for. Or ask someone for permission to do so. Make it make sense

711 has the worse hotdog bundAll 711 store not just this storeThey usually had a good hotdog because I ate lot of hotdog from 711 since they change to self service couple years ago the individual wrap bund is horrible is the worse hotdog bund u can get from California I wonder if the owner ever try their own hotdogHonestly the hotdog is good before they switch the bund

I love 7 eleven but if I could rate this store a negative star I would. Horrible customer service came in Wednesday Oct. 7th around 8 in the morning. Two employees definitely showed they didn't want to be there. To top it off they weren't wearing mask. Unprofessional! The store was a mess . There was straw wrappers, napkins, and trash on the floor. The counters were a mess. I couldn't believe my eyes. This was the first time 7 eleven failed me. Totally disappointed and never coming to this location again.

These two arabian guys running this nightshift 10pm 8/27/19 , first of all didnt let my girl in to use the restroom... even tho it is public. At the same time there was a tweaker girl begging them for the restroom and she got buzzed in. While taking my order down they misheard I want PEPPERONI pizza and they gave me a sausage pizza instead. Didnt want to refund me so made me a freshly hot but cold pizza. After the other guy goes around the store with the homeless girl and does who knows what in the dumpster area. Check cameras idgaf dont give your money to this location . They are ruthless and a great example of poor customer service. Thank you 711 u did it again.
