I had a unit here for about 3 years. Very well maintained and looked after property. Never had any issues. The owner, Kathie is a very sweet woman who was always very friendly and easy to reach.

The owners are very professional and on site. Any questions they are there for you.The entirestorage facility is well lit and the use of security cameras makes it a secured place.Units are clean and easy to get around.Thanks Margaret C.

Kathie and Mark at El Dorado Storage were great to rent from. They are kind honest people and always did their best to make sure our belongings were safe and secure. The facility itself is clean, everything is in working order, and very secure. The only reason we stopped using their storage was because we found one closer to our home in Amador County.

Expect to bring in your taxes, proof of residency, credit check, check stubs, and put your parents ??♀️ on your application. ?? I have excellent credit, have paid my bills, can show proof of income, would pay on time, and great referrals. Asked for an application and got attitude. I don't suggest supporting this company.

What a neat place, perfect location at the time, property is well kept up and I feel my items are safe, with nice & kind management, which is the plus.

Great facility and great owners. They would do anything for you. Security is awesome. Check them out 1st before you go looking at one of the larger and out of the way places. You wont be sorry!!

When I first met the owners and signed my agreement they asked me to leave them a five-star review in order to counteract the bad reviews that they already had. I know now that if I could leave zero stars I would. The owners of this place want your money and that's it. They have crazy rules. They even go as far as telling you when you can come get your stuff. And you have to ask permission to do so, they make it damn near impossible. They are also extremely condescending and rude. If, for some reason, you decide to to store your things here make sure you do not leave one speck of dirt or cobwebs in your unit. They will absolutely steal your deposit!!

I paid $170.00 deposit and only received $120.00 back. They stated I didn't sweep the floor and there were cobwebs left inside. The last thing I did before closing the door was sweep and check for cobwebs. I was there for 2 months so if there were any cobwebs (there wasn't) they came with the place. She charged me twice for having more than 2 vehicles inside. I had 2 trucks and a small trailer. They were parked tight to the wall and the entire time not a single vehicle came inside or tried to get by. I would be curious to talk to other short time tenants and see if she pulled the same crap with them. I am going to post this to every social media page that I can find just to put the word out that they are crooks. They are installing new siding throughout so now I see who is actually paying for it.

Best place in the area for storage! We've have 2 units at El Dorado Storage for many years. Kathy and Mark are fantastic to work with. Their operations are top-notch, the facility is clean and easy to access. We've never had an issue with property or management.

Our experience with El Dorado Storage Center was absolutely wonderful! The units are extremely clean and well kept. The grounds around the facility are immaculate and there was no riff raff whatsoever. The prices are extremely reasonable. The rules put in place by the facility give you such a sense of security I never once worried about my unit.The owners Kathie & Mark do an amazing job at maintaining the facility and creating a professional relationship with their customers! Absolutely recommend them to anyone!
