What a bunch of clowns went into cash a government check these clowns said the account didn't exist and it was isdued by their bank went to a different branch they gladly cashed it

Very nice branch. Recently remodeled. Two entrances but challenging to get in. Open on Saturday but they close at 12 noon. You just have to deal with it and plan. I've arrived late many times. Sometimes I get in at the last second other times I'm turned away. Just how it is. Don't get mad at the staff. Change the labor laws and get rid of overtime

One of the slowest banks I’ve ever been inside. My advice is to avoid dealing with the employees in the bank at all costs. No sense of urgency from the tellers and about 10 other people all sitting at their desks doing nothing with a line to the door. Very disappointing service.

Terrible hours if you own a business and they have made ATM deposits difficult when attempting to deposit old bills. Frustrating because you can’t deposit some bills, but then they aren’t open after five or on Saturdays.The people are kind and professional but their hours didn’t adjust after COVID so it is a pain.

Experienced and helpful employees. Victoria at this branch was a rockstar and helped my girlfriend and I get an account set up in no time and was incredibly professional and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend, especially to anyone afraid of setting up bank accounts or dealing with financial situations like myself. Didn’t encounter any issues and was in and out in a timely manner.

I'm not a Wells Fargo customer, but I have ended up using this bank several times over the years because of its convenient location in the middle of the El Dorado Hills town center. There are certain things that make a chain bank location stand out, and in the case of this one it's always their customer service. Each time I walk in here I am met by smiling, helpful folks who actually prioritize your needs over whatever menial tasks they may be doing at the time. The lines move quickly, they ask you how you are and they usually take extra steps to make the place seem welcoming, like on my latest visit when they added some holiday decorations. I have my issues with Wells Fargo as a whole, but if all there branches were like this they could sway me to actually be an account-holding customer.

This particular Wells Fargo Branch is AWESOME! I have been a customer over a year since my move to El Dorado Hills. No negatives, all positives! Kinda of that "Cheers" feeling where everyone knows your name. A refreshing change from my former WF Branch in Davis. Employees I have come into contact with have been professional yet friendly, more than willing to help with any issue and expertly trained at his/her job. Does not get any better than that when you are dealing with financials! Especially your own:). Covid was in full swing when I began my relationship with this Branch. I felt confident with the virus precautions in place then and still grateful for the respect they continue to show to keep their employees and customers safe. Highly, highly recommend!

if i could rate this establishment 0 stars i would. my house lights turned of recently, and as the location says well in the name i assumed they would have my best interest at heart. I told them my predicament, but rather than giving me a loan, they said i had not payed my my electrical bill in 46 years and took my house. i am now wandering the streets begging for someone to volunteer their house

I needed to transfer funds from Bank of the West (not even a 1 star bank) to help my father manage his money better. We made an appointment with Victoria, and I am so very glad we had the great fortune to have such a nice, intelligent and caring person to help us; I highly recommend Victoria if you ever need serious banking help at Wells Fargo in El Dorado Hills or anywhere nearby. Hopefully WF recognizes someone like Victoria; these days it seems harder than ever to find a such a kind and very helpful person like Victoria.

We want to thank Babak for his quick and friendly service. Because of COVID the town center Wells Fargo has been doing banking by appointment (we had no idea) but Babak managed to sneak us in anyways. We opened a new account specifically for wedding planning, it was quick and painless, enjoyable even (coming from someone who doesn't enjoy going to the bank). Thank you Babak from Wells Fargo!
