Sometimes I get in at the last second other times I'm turned away. Just how it is. Don't get mad at the staff. Change the labor laws and get rid of overtime”

“Today I had an appointment at Golden 1 to open a new Trust account. As soon as I walked in Lori greeted me by name and began helping me. That was a pleasant surprise since I was anticipating having to sign in, and then wait a while to be helped.
Lori helped me sort through my Trust documents and easily worked through a couple issues in order to make sure the account was set up properly. Lori really took the time to make sure everything was correct and ensured I understood every step of the process. Lori even helped me resolve a couple issues with my other Golden 1 accounts in the same visit.
Lori was thorough, efficient and seemed very focused on making sure I had a great experience with Golden 1. I was very impressed with my this Golden 1 location and how helpful Lori was.
Going forward, I plan to drive the extra distance to come to this Golden 1 location since the customer service here is probably the best I've experienced in years.”
