Worst pharmacy I've dealt with. Staff is beyond rude, they're never on time regardless when the app/texts notify you of it is 'ready'. Filling incorrect prescriptions then giving the customer attitude like we had something to do with it. Being alerted that our medication is ready only to be told in person to have the Dr send whole new one over. Total incompetence. Met with nothing but an inconvenienced attitude and immaturity. How these are suppose to be medical professionals is beyond me. Corporate needs to step in if they value this location bringing any sort of positivity or influence to the brand. Terrible

Pharmacist extremely rude, unprofessional and lack the skills to talk to customers that need medication. Would recommend to not send your prescriptions here.

I have never left a review but after seeing the picture of Yarold posted a few days ago I could not resist posting a review. I wish I could give him 0 stars. I went in for a TDAP vaccine and he was EXTREMELY rude. He told the older lady after me, who was asking if he could give a quick phone call to verify her prescription that he would not do that because, "why would I do that? It's your prescription, you call them". I don't know if that's standard procedure but WOW! That guy needs to go ASAP.

Waited in line for 35 minutes, 3 employees. Finally big guy comes with a mean attitude and tell me . I ask him if the wait time was the same in car . And he said : " yes we are not a fast food restaurant " he said I could go work for them if I needed things faster . I said I was going to give a review of him and he said : " sure take a picture of me " .

During a recent visit to this Walgreens after a business transfer to the area, we experienced the upmost disrespectful treatment by the pharmacy supervisor. She refused to fill a prescription--issued by our concierge internal medicine doctor. Ani V. is the manager's name--she stated "if we can afford a concierge doctor then we can afford one in the neighborhood of the Saratoga Way Walgreens". We have been part of MDVIP for years and when recently promoted and transferred to the Eldorado Hills area were given a new concierge doctor within their system, but 40 miles away where we have another home. To be informed that she did not know of the doctor (who had submitted the prescription) and therefore was "using her own judgement" to refuse to fill it we were prompted to report her behavior to both Walgreens and MDVIP. No clients should be treated with such derision and disrespect--she should be ashamed. We can only imagine how others have been treated. It is no wonder why this particular Walgreens has a Yelp rating of 1.5. She should be removed from her position. Ego has replaced a sense of service to the community for this employee. Clients coming in to Walgreens to fill doctor prescribed prescriptions have a health related issue that is being treated by a professional. Shameful customer service. There are other Walgreens to visit as we'll as CVS. Choose another.

This is my 5-star go-to place for printing photos that I send to them through their website. It's easy, super-fast, and the quality is always terrific. Oh, it's also really inexpensive. A much more cost-effective way instead of purchasing photo quality paper and printing pictures at home, burning through all my color ink.

I concur with the 1.5 star rating for this location. Walgreens, once preferred to CVS, has gone steadily downhill for the last few years. My wife had surgery today and we needed her prescription transferred. After my first 10-min hold, the pharmacy rep wouldn't listen to my request, and quickly hung up after stating the prescription wasn't ready. Then a second call & 15-min hold, I was told they couldn't help. Of course we're going into a weekend & my wife may not get her post knee surgery meds!

The pharmacy is a big disappointment every month I have to call after the doctor sends the prescription to ask them to refill it they have an Asian girl working th at the counter and she has the most ugly personality the other girl that worked at the counter she works so hard to try to fill the orders Why the blonde Asian gal standing around in the back every time I go in there I hope I don't get her because she acts like you're stupid but she's the one that could never find your order and you have to have her look up to see that it's ready to fill so today I called and I got her on the phone after waiting 20 minutes on hold and sure enough we went through the same thing you don't have anything to fill I said please look at my order the doctor sent it yes one we have to back order you'll have get up Monday they could've ordered it yesterday and I said can I get the one filled so I could pick it up today she goes yes and I said can I come in a little while and get it she said it will be filled by the end of the day by the time we close and hung up on me I never would treat people like this I was in business for myself For over 30 years and if one of my employees would've treated somebody like she did I would fire them I am married to an Asian woman so I'm not saying anything bad about Asian people it's just her ugly attitude they just seem so disorganized they try to refill my monthly prescriptions but I always have Login and ask my doctor to to send them like I said the one girl work so hard and the guys very nice behind the counter they just seem to be so disorganized I'm changing back to my old pharmacy Safeway.....

If I could give zero stars, I would do it. I booked a covid test appointment and they decided to not call ahead and mention they closed the drive through pharmacy. What reason do they have for closing the drive through pharmacy? They are apparently short staffed yet I see at least two staff at the pharmacy and the store itself is essentially empty.I am feeling sick and weak and they have the gall to say that I should go somewhere else.I had to act like a Karen and demand a test which they eventually did allow. However, the tech, Melvic, was being a jerk and kept mishearing my name and made fun of its pronunciation. It took him over 10 minutes to just bring me the test.I have been to this location before and it usually takes 5 minutes for the whole process. They took their time on purpose. Like I said, I'm feeling sick and they kept me waiting way longer than is appropriate.I wish these people would actually have repercussions for their actions, but we all know that won't happen.I wouldn't be surprised if they "lost" my sample after all of this nonsense.Avoid this place entirely.Proof is in my photo. The first lap is about a minute after I made eye contact with Melvic at the drive through and started the conversation. The second lap is when I finished giving the test. Mind you, I have taken many Covid tests in the past and he didn't even give me the instructions (I didn't need them), so this could have been even longer. It has nothing to do with them being short staffed. It is their twisted way of getting back at me for demanding a test.

If you're in the unenviable position of dealing with anybody in the pharmacy, you have my condolences. My 16 year old son had a bite 4 days old that became a serious staph infection. He was limping and in severe pain. This happened yesterday, November 20th, 2022. We used Plushcare since no place other than the ER was open, and I'd had a great experience with them in the past. The doc was wonderful and prescribed clindamycin 300 mg, 4 x daily for 2 weeks, plus a strong antibiotic cream. Since our 2:30 online appointment failed for technical difficulties we were left with 5:00 pm on the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Initially I told him to fax the Rx's to Safeway but they were already closed, and Walgreens was the only place in town open until 6. My adult son lives across the street and after calling back the doc to switch pharmacies my adult son, armed with a front/back photo of his little brother's insurance card waited for about 40 minutes before storming out and having a panic attack. I showed up at 6:10 and there were still people waiting in the pharmacy area, and a female pharmacist and tech working. Since I called them prior to going over there they knew the seriousness of the situation and verified they had the faxed Rxs. I showed up REALLY angry and told them they had a legal and moral responsibility to to dispense an emergency supply of 1 capsule until I could come back tomorrow. The extremely rude staff (pharmacist) opened the door in a snit and said "I don't care if he's in pain!! Next time get here earlier." I guess having a PhD in Pharmacy stands for "Piled High and Deep." BTW: If you want to get carjacked at gunpoint go here, because it happened at this place the night before, and the lady with the gun was taken into custody and released 2 hours later. Corporate is in Deerfield, IL. They're going to hear from me. If you value your life, go elsewhere. The staff couldn't care less about your health. Oh, and somebody in the pharmacy hung up on me and then lied about it. Swell.

Awful experience with pharmacy. Rude. Slow service. Go anywhere else if you can. Too bad corporate can't staff up their pharmacies to actually do the services they advertise.

I'm new to the area... I've been here a handful of times now for prescriptions and this pharmacy is awful. They do not answer the phones either. I NEVER write reviews.. ever! It's just not worth my time... but prescriptions are important.. if a doctor prescribes you medication it's important the pharmacy fills /refills in a timely manner. And this location does not. They do not answer their phones.. even at the drive through window, I've had to knock on the window, physically knock because they don't attend to the drive through patients. I've had to honk before too to get them to actually attend to me at the drive through pharmacy window. I have never experienced this before at other Walgreens. Just this one! And I'm not irrational or impatient, I'm actually probably too patient and nice typically... but this is literally ridiculous. I've never in my life had to honk or knock on any drive through window ever.. that's beyond rude... but here if you don't, they won't attend to you. Hire staff that cares. The blonde pharmacist lady... who looks of Asian descent, specifically, is so rude!!!! Terrible service. Every! Time! I would not recommend coming here.. it would be worth driving to another pharmacy than having to deal with them NOT attending to their patients. Ridiculous!

Terrible customer service at pharmacy!!! Female responding three times to multiple calls cuts you off and interrupts you while you try to provide information during calls. Refuses to listen and makes snide remarks about concerns, "um ok?", "yeah right". Deeply concerned there is miscounting of meds or skimming. Yes. I realize it sounds like an accusation and because the experience is real I stand by it. I am not saying to not go here, I'm saying don't tolerate this terrible unprofessional disrespect dishonest service from any pharmaceutical employee. Stand up. Speak out and don't put up with incompetent employees. Health is at risk.
