This USPS lost my passport over a month ago and I never got any kind of notice until I decided to try and find out what was going on earlier this month. I got send a picture and was told it was in the right location, but I was never told if it was the right address. Don't even know if I can get another one in time for the time I'm supposed to travel. Nice job y'all

I was accused of cheating for trying to send a prepaid Poshmark package with a Priority mail box, when it’s perfectly legal to do that, per Poshmark guidelines. Such a shame that this staff if not even updated on all types of packages and tags. Will never use this po again

Rarely is my mail taken when my flag is up, packages have been left on the curb, packages have not been delivered multiple times with no explanation or note left. I've resorted to dropping outgoing mail off at the post office so it cannot be ignored, and I pay more to have items come via other carriers. I've had great luck with all other branches of USPS across the US, but this branch continues to disappoint. Been this way since I moved here in 2016.

A mail box is literally blocking part of our driveway. We've called the postmaster numerous times along with the main number and have over 50 pictures (of neighbors and postmen) blocking our driveway to get mail. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! Clearly, they could care less.

Extremely rude elderly man at the front desk, acted like he owned the place. I was greeted by a nice lady and the older man in the window next to her butted in to ask if I needed packaging, which was literally one piece of tape. When I said yes, he then proceeded to say they no longer help customers with packaging and that I had to buy a roll of tape WOW capitalism at its finest, literally just needed one piece of tape, which I would have done myself at home, but I was debating it and figured the local friendly post office would help which clearly wasn’t the case. I will be taking my business elsewhere and sharing this poor experience with my community. I would use a different location to ship from.

Same as someone else posted 3 months ago, a new driver’s license was the ONLY piece of mail missing from our Informed Delivery as well. This is suspicious.We’ve had problems with this post office for years. Our mail is constantly sent to a nearby house with a similar address. Our packages are sent to the wrong house. I’m currently missing a large amount of held mail that was supposed to be delivered a week ago. I never have problems like this with UPS or FedEx. I never had problems with my mail ANYWHERE I’ve lived in the United States (multiple states, multiple cities). There is something seriously wrong with the El Dorado Hills post office.

All the flat rate shipping boxes were gone. No one would answer the buzzer at 830am to give me one, eventhough they were there. Very inconvenient with them opening at 10am when every business in the country opens at 8 am. We are going to have to make a special trip to ship today.since they were not open

Worst customer service. No one answers the phone when you call. I reported lost mail, as my DRIVERS LICENSE was the only piece missing from our informed delivery. Good a claim and their manager email response offered no resolution and was a simple "well deliver it when we get it" despite it being pictured with every other piece of mail received. Awful service and terrible supervisors

1 star was required to post this review.Went in to the EDH post office to create a mail forward to my new address. Brought all required documents. Paid the $5.50 to verify my identity. Did everything right. That was on July 3, 2023.Today, August 11, 2023 I have not received 1 piece of forwarded mail. Called this location 10+ times but they NEVER answer their phone. Have countless calls into their 800 number but with zero results.Yesterday I was finally referred to The Post Office Consumer Affairs, (keep in mind that it's been 6 weeks now) and they told me that the forward was never properly completed at this post office.Today I get to go through the entire process again but will go to a different post office with hopes of getting someone that actually knows what they're doing.Wish me luck...

Besides lost/mishandled packages, they put our tax forms and bank statements in the WRONG mailbox! I believed my neighbors opened our mails to satisfy the curiosity and then they resealed the mails.

So many of my packages never get delivered. It's really a shame... and USPS don't care or do anything about it. Just one lost package after another. I don't really understand why :/
