Jacob did a fantastic job facilitating my refi and keeping me posted on its progress throughout the process. He's got "the hustle" and I mean that in the best possible way. There were a couple issues with my (1950s) house passing FHA inspection and appraisal. Rather than let me deal with the stress and expense of having to fix these issues by myself in the middle of the hottest part of this Summer, he came out on his own time on the weekend in 105+ degree heat for several hours helping me get things resolved. Neither I nor any other customer would have any reason to expect him to do that -- that was my responsibility to fix. But he came out anyway and made sure the job got done. That kind of extra effort earns loyalty. . .and he has mine.

We used the Van Patten Mortgage Group a few years ago for a refinance. We reached back out and were introduced to Jacob Ferderer. Jacob was responsive, creative and a pleasure to work with. He was able to secure the loan that we needed and walked us through every step of the process. Jacob's follow up and customer service are five star. We know who we will call when our next need arises.

I had several maxed out credit cards and was doing my best to try and keep up with payments but was struggling. Serendipity introduced me to Jacob Federer and in the end all my financials worries were resolved. I was reluctant to enter into more debt but Jacob introduced me to a home equity loan and while I had a less than perfect credit score, he walked me through the entire process and I was finally able to pay off all of my debt. Jacob was extremely supportive, knowledgeable, creative, and always available to talk with me and answer any questions I had throughout the very expedient process. I cannot Thank Jacob enough for his patience , professionalism and expertise with obtaining this home equity loan and alleviating so much stress in my life. I so appreciate all of Jacob’s hard work and efforts.

If you’re looking for guidance, support, expertise and someone who is going to be in the trenches with you through the whole home loan process — then stop looking. You’ve found the guy that will not only get it done, but streamline the process so you don’t feel like you’re having to organize and facilitate everything just so it’s done properly. Eric Brewer was absolutely key to us securing the loan for our dream home. Buying a new home is an incredibly overwhelming and vulnerable experience. But Eric made us feel comfortable, kept us up to date on developments and even shared possible next step scenarios at each turn so we could be ahead in obtaining documents or whatever was to be asked of us next. He anticipated each subsequent step with confidence and I appreciated that effort so very much — especially as someone who feels quite remedial in the loan space. He broke everything down so there were no surprises. And most importantly, his ability to pivot was more than impressive. We were at the one yard line and about to close and had to change directions — without hesitation he knew exactly what to do. I've heard so many people talk about the nightmare it can be to get a home loan. I was so nervous to go through that when purchasing our home.Eric and his team are all knights in shining armor. The nightmare I was expecting was no where near all the stories I've heard. The process was as easy and smooth sailing as can be.
