Main street has several local shops like bike store, clothes, popcorn, bookstore, restaurants and a cinema, giving many options beside the big chain business . An artificial lagoon with a beautiful picturesque style crosses the main street and provides a natural heat control in the long California summer, many restaurants and an apartment complex look to the lagoon making it a perfect place to dine outside most of the year.”
“What an awesome little downtown! Plenty of food, shopping, and overall charm. Wonderfully historic! Free parking, public restrooms, and a small museum too. There is an amphitheater with summer performances listed on site. The General Store is coming soon. Ice cream and fudge from Snook's was perfect on a hot summer day. Check it out!”

“Folsom Gateway is a large grocery store. Huge inventory, anything you are shopping for is availableThe store is very clean and the shelves are well stocked. The checkers were great too. We easily found everything we were shopping for and at a fair price. A large paved parking lot which was clean too”
“I actually started working at the Panera in this plaza in 2014 when the plaza first went up and just visited for the first time since I moved to San Diego. I’m impressed with how much they’ve added and the Trader Joe’s location that was put in there. Good job guys.”

“Nice location. Plenty of parking and the area is always clean. Working on a tile roof repair near by, it was nice to take a break and get to this location quickly. Too many tile roofs have been installed wrong and this makes seasonal maintenance impossible. Leaves, dirt and other debris, over time, blocks the flow of rain water causing the roof system to fail.”

“I absolutely live going to Ace Hardware stores, or any similar stores. Like Eighmies, True Value, etc. Especially when theyre located in small towns. They always have the most unique items! This store did not disappoint at all! We absolutely loved the staff, as they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Awesome store! 50 stars!”
“Really good looking place, but its a shame that half the place is vacant. It could really use more businesses that would attract more crowd. Some advertising that can be read clear by the oncoming traffic would also help. Its a hidden great spot that needs more recognition.”

“We did this job yesterday March 02-21. It was a two day project. The owner wanted to extended the slab in front of his restaurant for more space to the outdoor lounge. We added 6ftx6ft to the road side. And 12'7 1/2"x10'61/4". Broom finished. The owner was very happy with the way we worked and the great service we were doing. The owner was very generous like our work efforts so he tip us. Thanks again and hope to do more projects in the future.”
“Been shopping here for over 30 years.New owners have wasted their money with the upgrade looks Like all the new shopping centers not unique like it was before.I hope some investment group wasn't duped into saying that a face lift would bring in more businesses.My understanding also is existing businesses had to pay for new signs .”
“The Palladio Shopping Center is one of my favorite shopping centers. It has lots of restaurants I love, movie theaters, many good clothing stores, and the supermarket I like.I like the design of the mall. An outdoor shopping center with a park in the middle of the shopping and eating area. I can relax here for a while after a long shopping day. All the buildings look so beautiful too!”

Hopefully I can find other occasions to actually walk around & see what other stores are in this Marketplace, but from what I can tell, the Marketplace is in a nice looking location.”
