“I'm sorry to see some people are so unhappy with the local post office. Since COVID hit, all stores, organizations, and government and state offices have had employee shortages. The employees at our local El Dorado Hills post office are personable, understanding and will offer "their" advice if you ask for it. I'm not sure why the reviews show such a low rating for this office. And no, I do not know anyone personally who works there. I just haven't had any problem with them or their regulations when I go in.”

“This location has the most helpful, friendly, good attitude staff I've ever seen at a place like this. I've had 4-5 interactions both in person and on the phone here, and they have always been so helpful it made me want to actually go home and write a review. Whoever is the manager at this location should get a raise! Great work!”
