I recently worked with Mike on a refinance of my home and I cannot recommend him enough! At first glance, my tricky situation was not your typical refinance and I was having trouble knowing where to begin. However, Mike's extensive knowledge and experience made the entire process seamless. His attention to detail ensured that every aspect was handled perfectly, and his communication throughout was exemplary. Mike's professionalism and dedication truly set him apart. I only wish I had found him when I first purchased my home! I will most definitely be contacting Mike for any future refinances or mortgage needs!

Mike is so incredible! He is very knowledgeable and honest. He helped me refinance my home loan and get a great rate. I was even able to take money out for home improvements while keeping my monthly payments nearly the same as before. Mike did all the research to get the best rate. I want to highly recommend MIKE HOWLETT ~He will not disappoint in any way!!!It was a scary time for me & trying to decide if I should sale or try for a Reverse Mortgage ~~~I find Mike very knowledgeable in many, many areas & I feel he is honest,Reliable & just a nice human being… especially in times like these …. & he was so patient & took time to explain things to me & listen to my concerns ~~ he puts 100% of himself & effort to solve any problems that might come along to ensure the best outcome!!If my circumstances down the road change, I will definitely want to work with Mike again!
