Eric was very helpful any time I was at the Dealership looking for the perfect car ?. When Eric found that perfect car I wanted, he made it so easy purchasing my new 2020 Mercedes. My EQE car speakers were not working properly. I took it to Mercedes Benz El Dorado Hills. I was in the next minute. The issue was diagnosed. Sami Ganji and Daniel were very helpful and clearly communicated what was wrong with the car speakers. The parts were ordered without delay, my car as washed, which I considered an icing on the cake. My overall experience at this location is unmatched.

I drove all the way from Sacramento because I didn't like the service I received at other dealers. It was worth the drive.. customer service here is amazing! Matt was my service provider and he was polite and attentive. I was given a loaner car so I didn't have to worry about transportation while my car was getting serviced. I went in for a Check engine light and smog check. I was worried that I would come out of pocket thousands of dollars. Matt was able to see the issue with my car was covered under extended warranty. Huge relief! I was able to get my car serviced and smogged for under $100.I feel in love with my loaner car 2023 GLC. Thinking of upgrading :)In addition, the lobby was clean and welcoming with complimentary donuts, coffee, sodas and water which is a nice touch. Also, I am a mother to a newborn baby and while picking up my car I needed to change him. I walked into the bathroom and noticed there wasn't a changing table. So, I asked an employee if there was another bathroom with a changing table. He said unfortunately there wasn't but there should be one. He then let me use a private office to change my baby. Very courteous staff. Recommend bringing your vehicle here 100%!

Patrick from the parts department was phenomenal- not only did Patrick greet me with a smile when I called to inquiry on a par, he complimented the same behavior the following day when I met him in person.Additionally he explained in detail the whys of how the part impacted my car. Incredible customer care! While Company’s boast their customer experience, Patrick is Customer Experience!

I have to say the service is above and beyond any dealership! Giving great thanks to my salesman( Jason ) and of course the sales manager (Demi)- working with me with a car that I purchased a 2019 suburban Chevy. They made sure I was satisfied and stuck to their word outstanding services that needed to be done for the vehicle. The In the service department, Dani went above and beyond he listened and pay attention to detail as I mention a few dents and scratches on the bumper. The needs were met and beautifully detailed and taken care of right away! Amazing I give gratitude. This is such a wonderful place they take great care of their customers not because I bought a Mercedes, but it was the service outstanding, they will go above and beyond. And yes I highly recommend this place to anyone! This is my new home dealership! Oh, and did I mention their coffee is great here and love the set of wheels (rental) They provide for you when your car is in service!

The service advisor Matt was helpful and straightforward. I’m confident that either the issue was resolved on my older Benz or they will make sure it is going forward. I was surprised by the reasonable cost.

The absolutely WORSE dealership ! Mercedes has always had the BEST customer service ALL AROUND...that is one of the reasons I continue to buy Mercedes. I bought my car here because they were the only ones who had the model of the certified car I wanted. I deal with another local Mercedes Dealership,(Stockton CA,for past 25 years). From the moment I steppe onto this dealership it was a nightmare each step along the way.Love my car, and thankful they won"t be the dealership?service I will have to deal with.

I'm utterly shocked at the service myself and my husband received over the Labor Day weekend. I purchased my first Mercedes from El Dorado Hills, my second from Rocklin, both positive experiences. I happened to get snagged from El Dorado Hills Internet Sales Manager JT. I told him we wanted to get out of our lease as a trade in and purchase a new to us SUV. We were done with leases and high car payments. He assured me that he would take care of us so I thought nothing of it. We came in and he did an evaluation on the car that checked out well. The SUV we were interested in was at Sacramento and was supposed to get brought to El dorado for us to drive. He was unable to make that happen but sat down with us to get our profile updated. (Apparently, he had taken our info but later we were told at Sacramento that it didn't save.)He went to the back to finance I'm assuming to start the negotiations. He came back and said that these were the hard numbers and that basically we were stuck. When we asked him about a 15k suv he said the numbers would be the same and that basically he couldn't help us. I got the idea they didn't want our lease or they didn't want to sell it or work at the deal. He said he couldn't help us. I've never felt more DEHUMANIZED than in this moment. We left and I didn't feel right about this. We called Sacramento and they told us to head their way to PROPERLY assess. --- Well, we left with the very car at Mercedes of Sacramento that El Dorado Hills said was impossible for us to. At an even better deal, with more included, and remarkable service at Sacramento- (Head to Mercedes Benz of Sacramento to read my review of their AMAZING service. )This would of been/is our third Mercedes to purchase to date- I also have brought in 5 additional referrals who have all purchased Mercedes because I swear by them. Now, I'll still refer Mercedes- just NOT El Dorado Hills. The moral of this story is to treat everybody kind and with human decency no matter what- you never know who your speaking to and what influence they have. MERCEDES BENZ OF SACRAMENTO FOREVER!

I see a flyer to buy cars. Flyer even says possible $2000.00 over KBB value. I take my car there. The sales guy was nice but he came back saying the retail value of my 2015 GLA45 AMG was only $15,000 and that's all they could sell it at. So they offered me $12,000. Ha I laughed inside said thank and walked out. I sold it an hour later to a dealer ship in Roseville for $16,500 wow according to this place they paid me $1500 over retail. This place is a joke. They either lied to me or don't know what they are talking about. I would hate to try and buy a car here.

Dan in the service department is absolutely amazing. For over the past 15 years he has gone above and beyond, showcasing elite customer service and representing the Mercedes brand well. I truly appreciate his professionalism, but mostly his compasion for the consumer. He is truly one of the main reasons why I still love Mercedes. I hope the team gives him the recognition he deserves.
