Jennifer L listened to exactly what car (and options) I was looking for and she stayed in communication with me until she found my unicorn. Jennifer was professional, no pressure and timely with communication, even on her days off. I really enjoyed working with her and Natalie (in finance) as they were both helpful and made the car buying process easy while respecting my budget and making sure I got the exact 2024 GLC that I wanted. I drove over 50 min to work with Jennifer, even though there’s a dealership less than 10 minutes away from my house. If your looking for a Mercedes, I’d highly recommend working with Jennifer in sales and Natalie in finance.

Very impressive operation from top to bottom. Everyone I encountered was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Particular commendation to sales manager Matt Smith, whom I regard as the best salesman in my 50+ years of many car purchases.

Update to the post I left 6 years ago:
The new ownership is beyond excellent and so much better than the previous ownership .
Our salesperson Khan was fantiatic! We had a couple small dings we noticed after we bought the car and took it home (it was a used car) and they took care of them right away without hesitation or a charge!!!. That was service above and beyond our expectations.
No pressure here and everyone is very nice.

Had an ok experience with the sales team but interactions with finance thus far makes it highly unlikely we will ever purchase or lease a vehicle from this dealership ever again. Still waiting for them to pay off the loan on a vehicle we traded in and cannot get anyone at dealership to respond to calls or messages. Clearly they do not give a @#%# about repeat business. If you must have a Mercedes, find different ownership group.
