My EQE car speakers were not working properly. I took it to Mercedes Benz El Dorado Hills. I was in the next minute. The issue was diagnosed. Sami Ganji and Daniel were very helpful and clearly communicated what was wrong with the car speakers. The parts were ordered without delay, my car as washed, which I considered an icing on the cake. My overall experience at this location is unmatched.

The absolutely WORSE dealership ! Mercedes has always had the BEST customer service ALL AROUND...that is one of the reasons I continue to buy Mercedes. I bought my car here because they were the only ones who had the model of the certified car I wanted. I deal with another local Mercedes Dealership,(Stockton CA,for past 25 years). From the moment I steppe onto this dealership it was a nightmare each step along the way.Love my car, and thankful they won"t be the dealership?service I will have to deal with.

I'm utterly shocked at the service myself and my husband received over the Labor Day weekend. I purchased my first Mercedes from El Dorado Hills, my second from Rocklin, both positive experiences. I happened to get snagged from El Dorado Hills Internet Sales Manager JT. I told him we wanted to get out of our lease as a trade in and purchase a new to us SUV. We were done with leases and high car payments. He assured me that he would take care of us so I thought nothing of it. We came in and he did an evaluation on the car that checked out well. The SUV we were interested in was at Sacramento and was supposed to get brought to El dorado for us to drive. He was unable to make that happen but sat down with us to get our profile updated. (Apparently, he had taken our info but later we were told at Sacramento that it didn't save.)He went to the back to finance I'm assuming to start the negotiations. He came back and said that these were the hard numbers and that basically we were stuck. When we asked him about a 15k suv he said the numbers would be the same and that basically he couldn't help us. I got the idea they didn't want our lease or they didn't want to sell it or work at the deal. He said he couldn't help us. I've never felt more DEHUMANIZED than in this moment. We left and I didn't feel right about this. We called Sacramento and they told us to head their way to PROPERLY assess. --- Well, we left with the very car at Mercedes of Sacramento that El Dorado Hills said was impossible for us to. At an even better deal, with more included, and remarkable service at Sacramento- (Head to Mercedes Benz of Sacramento to read my review of their AMAZING service. )This would of been/is our third Mercedes to purchase to date- I also have brought in 5 additional referrals who have all purchased Mercedes because I swear by them. Now, I'll still refer Mercedes- just NOT El Dorado Hills. The moral of this story is to treat everybody kind and with human decency no matter what- you never know who your speaking to and what influence they have. MERCEDES BENZ OF SACRAMENTO FOREVER!

I see a flyer to buy cars. Flyer even says possible $2000.00 over KBB value. I take my car there. The sales guy was nice but he came back saying the retail value of my 2015 GLA45 AMG was only $15,000 and that's all they could sell it at. So they offered me $12,000. Ha I laughed inside said thank and walked out. I sold it an hour later to a dealer ship in Roseville for $16,500 wow according to this place they paid me $1500 over retail. This place is a joke. They either lied to me or don't know what they are talking about. I would hate to try and buy a car here.

Daniel Clark is the best service advisor I’ve ever had! I’ve worked for a Mercedes dealership myself and know exactly what it takes to provide a Mercedes level of service, and Daniel exceeds it every time. When you own a Mercedes and need a problem handled, you expect exceptional service, and Daniel makes me feel like royalty every time I come in. He is extremely knowledgeable, tells me exactly what the problem is and what needs to be fixed, and communicates clearly throughout the entire process. Whether it’s a loaner car, an Uber ride, or an employee shuttle back to my residence, MB of EDH takes care of me consistently. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience this week. I purchased a gle last week. The car had been returned recently (a lease), so it was not ready get. They said it would be Tuesday or Wednesday latest. It wasn't ready until Friday and the frustrating part was JT the salesman wasn't apologetic about it. We had to wait two hours for financial consultant when buying the car who also was the least friendly employee there. I felt bamboozled with the interest rate we got- when I asked if he can look for a better rate said there was no point they are all similar and minimal difference. To me it was important so for his to dismiss or not take time to research was disappointing When I did get the pick up the car, it didn't have the spare key. They had the car for a week and couldn't get the key?! The car was DIRTY inside with stains and crumbs still on the seats. I mentioned that it looked like it wasn't detailed and again instead of apologizing JT replied that he saw it get detailed. I mentioned my frustration to JT and he said the sales manager would be calling me-which he never did. Do not go here if you want to feel like a valued customer

This is a letter that I sent to Mercedes-Benz. I think it will be self-explanatory. I'm not sure if there is a rectification. Not what I would expect from a Mercedes-Benz dealership. Here is the letter. In 55 years of purchasing cars, this is the first new purchase of a Mercedes Benz, and I'm not sure how I feel about it; not completely sure is not a good thing for either Mercedes or the dealership. The first impression and salesperson were fine, but nothing about the dealership stated excellence. I was looking for a mid-size car, and the GLE seemed to fit the bill. After showing me a few and test driving 2, I was most impressed with the 2024 GLE53 Coupe. However, after looking at the dealership's price for this unit, I decided that the $25,000 dealer premium was too steep and that a 2023 model would work. They had a manager special, a demonstration unit that would work, and I purchased this car from them. However, this is where I feel a bit bamboozled (not a word I think I have ever used in a letter). Between the salesperson and the sales manager, I saw numbers and quotes comparing the two units and concluded that the 2023 model was the better price but not, the better car. I did purchase the 2023 model, but I'm not totally happy with this purchase, and buying a Mercedes should scream that I have purchased the best car on the market. I'm not sure anything can be done at this point, but to say I'm disappointed is an understatement.I have purchased most luxury brands, Cadillac, BMW, Porsche, Volvo, Acara, and a few others, and have always gotten a comprehensive overview of the workings of the car I purchased. This is not the case with this dealership. I have had to spend a good amount of time with the owner's manual and YouTube videos to figure out many of the features that should have been shown to me. The vehicle maintenance has never been explained; the intervals for service or anything regarding service was never explained.The F&I experience had a few issues as well. It mainly went well on the day of the sale; however, I had a few problems afterward. The lender's information needed to be corrected, and it has come to my attention that I was never given a release of liability for the trade-in. I still need that, and when I called today to talk to someone in F&I, I was given an extension to a person whose voicemail couldn't even take a message because it was full. I'm getting worried that I chose the wrong dealership.I am afraid I need to give this dealership a negative score. When you spend over $100,000 , you need to feel good about your purchase, and I don't.

The customer service here is awful! In Chicago we are always treated like family at our Mercedes dealership...now that we also live in ED Hills part time we have to deal with this substandard service. No rental cars for repairs that take hours even when they are recalls...WHAT??Our windshield wiper was acting up and the guy tried blaming it on body shop work when the vehicle has never been to the body shop...only dealership maintenace...really rude and disrespectful staff...we do not recommend!!!

I finally walked out because they forgot about me.... Found a car online that wasn't quite ready for sale but I liked it and was willing to buy it and wait for it to be finished. I made an offer and after the agonizing typical car salesman back and forth for 45 min they accepted my original offer. They say I am next up up to the paperwork in a few minutes and since I am paying cash it should be quick. 45 minutes later and I haven't talked to anyone just sat at a desk waiting for them to get me in the original "few minutes". Finally I give up and walk out to my car and am pulling out of the driveway when the salesman runs up and says just a few more minutes. I stay in my car he comes back and says it's another 45 minutes. He asks for a credit card for a deposit, come, to my house later, sorry not worth the trouble.
