“I didn't shop around; so, I can't say how the pricing for PakMail compares to that of other pack and mail companies. But the service was fantastic. I arranged for the packing and mailing of a large painting from California to Wisconsin. I live in Michigan, so all of the arrangements were made via phone and e-mail. Desi at PakMail in Eldorado Hills was SO prompt, professional, and helpful in responding to all of my inquiries. When I explained that it would take a few weeks before my niece could drop off the painting, he even offered to go pick it up for me. Once they received the painting, Desi e-mailed me as each step in the process was completed, including packaging, mailing, transit, and delivery. I would definitely use them again.”

“Cathi is the greatest! My husband and I needed documents notarized and then mailed them out with tracking. What seemed like a cumbersome errand, Cathi treated us like friends as opposed to customers. She helped us with envelopes and gave a few choices with pricing. Cathi also identified which tracking number belonged to which address on our receipt. We will definitely use the UPS Store for any shipping or printing needs.”

“I have not shipped here yet, but I have four very large boxes sitting by my door that I need to take down three flights of stairs to be returned at this UPS store because it is the closest. I gave it five stars for now and will follow up once I Ship my packages and see how everything goes. I’m a little apprehensive based on the reviews on here so I am rolling the dice and hoping for the best.”
