Wonderful people. Great classes. It's a female-only gym. My wife loves going in here and always has good words about all the classes as well as the staff.

I have been a member of Kaia FIT EDH for 7 years and still feel that my time at the gym each time is the best part of my day! The owners, Jen and Erin have created a tight knit community centered around fitness, but encompasses all aspects of wellness. I couldn’t be happier to be a part of such a great group of women.
