Seems to have recently switched management. Facility and bathrooms are FILTHY. Got charged a $40 late fee after they changed the online payments system and the new one didn't work. They are raising prices. Wouldn't use again. Arrived with my movers to empty my second floor unit to find that ALL ELEVATORS ARE DOWN and there was no notice sent to customers so that we could reschedule movers. This place is a complete disgrace.

There is trash in the hallways, no toliet paper in the bathroom, bath trash is overflowing. Bath sign has been on the floor for 2 months. Obviously no one has been here for awhile. Office has been closed. The same trash is where i found it 2 weeks ago. After a couple of months my rent was raised 30%. Wow. I was warned but didn't imagine this much.
