My (picky) Australian Shepherd loves Dogs Down Under. Grooming is top notch! Clean and professional environment with loving staff. They work hard to make sure your dog is calm and happy for a relaxing experience. The food and treat selection is all top quality at fair prices. The staff is always helpful with food recommendations. Drop on in and check them out. A+ personal friendly service!

So my daughter makes a APPOINTMENT with you guys for her dog, she brings her in to your so called business and you tell her you can't groom her dog........!!! ???? What type of dogs fit your profile???? The pictures you have posted on your web site look like just regular dogs to me...So she can drop her dog off, you saw what type of dog she was and you decide her dog W asnt worth your time I'm guessing??? You are a disgusting disgrace of a so called business!! You have zero class. !!! Shame on you !!

I do not understand the dog grooming business. So many of them are booked for weeks at a time. Many of them can afford to hire more groomers but choose not to. I am not going to let my dog smell like old shoes for a month, no matter how good a groomer may be. That's related to how I found Dogs Down Under. I called a groomer, who told me tersely "yeah, well, I can't cut his hair because I'm booked until mid-June, but there's a place called Dog's Down Under that looks new." I called, and they had space in 2 days. Here we went. Dogs Down Under is a fun little store with a groomer section. They're inexpensive, friendly, and did a great job. Perhaps most important, they also have schedule availability. My dog - and I cannot emphasize this enough - does not care if he gets the perfect haircut, and thus does not need or want to wait 2 months for a groomer. It is a bonus that they did a good job cleaning and trimming his hair as well, and when I got him back he wasn't shaking or acting fearful. That is also a plus. I think my only remark is that you have to be available to pick up your pet right away because there isn't much space for them to hang out. That's not a problem for me personally but I can see it as a problem for other people. Overall, solid. Will go again. If you go here, tell them Micah sent you. They have no idea who I am but I think it would be funny if a considerable number of people told them that Micah sent them.

We had our dogs groomed here last week and they did an amazing job. The service is great. I got photos of the dogs and they look like glamour shots. The store is well stocked with high-quality dog food and products. The people working there have tons of experience with dogs and are very helpful if you need suggestions on what to buy. This is a family owned business and deserve local support. We drove an hour to get there to have our dogs groomed. It is worth the drive.!!!
