My experience this early morning was with Keith. He was friendly and helpful with accepting my payment. My account has some "very old" late fees --that likely happened before our recent forbearance Blessing-- that have affected our ability to pay online or by AI on the phone line.Keith gave me that information after researching it briefly and was able to continue to set those costs aside. Keith was very courteous and understanding about my financial limits and didn't shame or question my honesty. It was indeed refreshing to hear positive feedback and I appreciate how he represented Essex Mortgage. Roxanne B.

Eric communicated very well with us, and was very quick on getting our necessary documents checked and processed. He got us a good rate when the market wasn't the best also. He is very much appreciated and recommended.

John was an absolute legend. He communicated clearly and let me know where I was in the process and what was coming. I never felt ambushed or surprised. There were some very unconventional and frustrating turns in our purchase brought on by the seller but John went to the mat for us and we got it done. Thanks John for everything!

As a Realtor I know what to expect from a Lender. Eric Elovski's performance was less than satisfactory. He missed all of the deadlines that he set. He closed the deal 13 days late which is completely unacceptable. He did not communicate or take responsibilty in addition to making excuses.

I have had the pleasure of working with Adam Shaefer with Essex Mortgage for over the last decade. We purchased two homes and refinanced multiple times as interest rates dropped over the last 3 years. I am self-employed and the loan process for self-employed borrowers is onerous but Adam was always there to answer questions and make the process go as smoothly as possible.
