if i could give superior self storage of EDH 6/5 stars i would! extremely helpful customer service every time i needed to reach out or speak to a staff member. they have a ton of variety of storage options; including climate controlled which is what i needed! they offered a plethora of cart options any time i needed to move stuff in or out (which is extra helpful when you've got a lot of stuff)! it was also super helpful that they're close to the freeway, so anytime i needed something quick it was in and out in no time! i also felt very secure knowing you need to enter your gate code every time you enter or exit the facility. if i didn't move out, i'd still be a customer! i can't rave about them enough!!**helpful tip to get a u-lock for your storage unit!

We sold our home and needed temporary storage. We weren't sure what to expect but we went in to check out superior storage. The girl was very helpful and friendly. She got us all set up. This place is pretty amazing. It's huge, clean, safe and organized. Our things were secure there for the short time we needed it.

Insanely clean and secure facility. Employees are very nice and helpful. The units, hallways, and entire facility is insanely clean and climate controlled. There are flat beds and dolleys available for loading and unloading.I have stored at over five different facilities before and this is by far the best facility I've ever seen. The inside is quite a maze, some signage with unit numbers and arrows would be nice, but thats just wishful thinking.

The storage facility itself is super clean and looks very nice. All the staff is super helpful and informative! They helped my husband and I get a unit so quickly! I totally recommend using them for your storage needs. The location is super ideal too and it feels very safe there!

This is a great big clean facility with good security features, such as gated entry in and out, coded access to the storage, lots of hand trucks to load your stuff, large entry doors. At the time there was limited availability for the size unit I wanted but there is a new addition being added that will open in April so I can wait till until then to get a bigger unit. My husband noticed how clean smelling the office was and the staff person said they clean all the time. Very modern facility and I feel like my stuff is safe there. There is a $15 admin fee when you first move in but then they give you a free lock with 2 keys that is worth $8 bucks, so it's a win.

I just rented a unit with Superior Self Storage and so far my experience has been great. The facility is super clean and feels very secure/safe. Kelvin and Mike helped me to reserve and set up my storage unit and both were very friendly and helpful. So far I would definitely recommend Superior Self Storage!

Due to the Caldor Fire I needed a storage unit in a hurry to store family photos and other important items. I figured I'd have a hard time finding a unit on such short notice and was thrilled to find that Superior Storage EDH had actaully set aside some units for evacuees! I really can't say enough about the 5 star customer service or the exceptionally clean, climate controlled, pin access facility. There are security cameras, nice bathrooms, loading carts, and wide hallways and doors for easy loading/unloading. The rates are very reasonable, especially for a first-rate, indoor, climate controlled place like this and my first month was half-off.A huge thank you to this business for their excellent facility and to manager Kelvin for his top-notch customer service at a time when I desperately needed it. He was professional, kind, and very well organized. I had my unit within minutes. He walked me to it (appreciated, as I'm not the best with directions even in good times), assisted me with a lock, and even brought me a bottle of cold water. I am now a walking advertisement for this place. Highly, highly, recommend.

. I needed to get a storage unit in a hurry. I am not too familiar with the area so I googled storage facilities near me and superior was the closest one to me so I headed over there and called from the parking lot to see if they were open yet. The nice lady who I spoke with over phone was named Lynette(I think) and she was very friendly and very helpful. I told her I needed to accommodate a two bedroom apartment in one unit and she showed me the best one available first. This unit was perfect and was in the main building o the temperature was the same as in the office. Bonus! She showed me a few other units and I decided to go with her suggestion and take the 10x14 with the nice climate. I asked her to hold the unit for me so I could plan for my sister(Ellen) to come down and meet me to sign the paper work. She said that was fine and she would hold the unit for me. My sister came down about 40 minutes later and we got the paperwork started. We were done and out of there in about 15-20 minutes. We both expected it to take a lot longer. We also met Mike(I think that was his name) and he was really great too. I give them 5 stars for the great and friendly customer service and ease of access at the facility. I am very happy to be a tenant with superior. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for storage in El Dorado Hills area. P.S. Price is great too and we got half off on the first month!!

I shared a concern about rising rates at this facility. I received a call from John and he explained to me everything that was involved. Still below market prices and a secure facility. It's great to see a company that cares and responds to reviews promptly.
