She’s been trimming my lab’s nails since he was a pup. Quick. Caring. And a fun lady. We will definitely miss her when we move.

Talk about a bad groomer! Clearly instructed to take the 3" long hair half off......she wrote it down......and shaved my babies to leave only half inch! Clippers were used very poorly and in some areas exposed the skin with cuts that I noticed after coming back home. Most disgusting grooming job.Definitely not going back!

My dog is very anxious and Petco will not clip her nails.I was able to walk right in without an appointment and get my Border Collie/Jack Russell nails trimmed. I will definitely be back.

I have taken all my dogs here to have their nails trimmed. Jamie doesn't mind nail trim walk-in's. The price is reasonable for a quick clip and you're always welcomed.

Is this place still open?? I’ve called several times over the last two-three weeks, and no one has answered.

Great place to get your dogs nails trimmed for $10. Happy she did it just holding my small dog, instead of putting him in a collar away from me.

I brought my dog in last week to get her nails trimmed. She DOES NOT like her feet touched and trimming her nails is a nightmare. The nice woman who trimmed them completed the task in about 5 min! She was amazing!

We brought our Cavalier King Charles in and the owner said she owned a Cavalier. Even had a picture of her dog on the wall. She was friendly but talked over us. Red flag. I mentioned that I’d heard using clippers was bad for the Cavalier hair so we’d like scissors. Maybe I wasn’t clear or she knew everything, but she said she understood what we wanted. She didn’t listen to a word we said. She used clippers for EVERYTHING! It even looked like clippers on the ears and ran them along hair on her back I said was fine and didn’t need trimming. Plus, our dog’s hair was uneven, with long strands I had to cut myself later. Our dog at least seemed happy and wasn’t in a kennel, but when we asked about the cut, the owner just said it was fine to use clippers. Well, what about doing what your customers asks and pays for?? Plus, I’ve been told AGAIN (3rd time) that once clippers are used on this breed, the hair never grows back properly.? So far, the hair is rough and a mess, so I can’t tell. Praying this woman didn’t ruin our beautiful dog’s coat. Just a shame and so irritating when people don’t listen. Go somewhere else. Not worth the risk. Only works if what she wants to do matches what you want...which basically seems like just taking clippers and running it all over the dog.

WORST CUT EVER! They did not trim my dogs ears, tail, face or head. They made an unbecoming remark about my husband's t-shirt. I did not know dog grooming was political!

If I could leave zero stars I would. HIGHLY unprofessional... I was seriously shocked and at a loss for words when I took our Goldendoodle here to be bathed/groomed. I haven't even known how to put this into words, so it's taken me several months to finally review. It was just prior to our election and I walked in wearing a tshirt with an American flag on it. My dogs leash also had American flags on it. The owner looked at me while checking in and yelled at her employee that I must be a Trump supporter and basically ridiculed me while bad mouthing Trump and any of his supporters.. I didn't say a word as I was so caught off guard, and who I vote for is NONE of her business. Then she laughed and pointed out her water dispenser. There was a Trump dog toy hanging from a noose off of the water spicket and a written sign above it that said "water boarding." She proceeded to say that it's her favorite thing in her store. I don't care what kind of business you run. You should never make someone feel less than, talk politics, or publicly JUDGE your clients!!! I will never give her my business again. There's a groomer literally across the street that sells amazing food, treats, toys, etc. The owner there made me feel so welcomed and was a true "delight!" Give your business to a local business owner who is KIND AND RESPECTFUL, and steer clear of this place. Just my humble opinion.

Wow I just got hung up on by the lady that answers the phone. I asked about getting a flea bath and she said it would be around $70. Then i told her I had the medication to apply myself and CLiCK I get the cold shoulder... Guess this place doesn't care about being professional and making money I will happily take my dog somewhere else.
