Got my car back damaged! Lot attendant didn't care whatsoever and offered no resolution. Office said to put in a claim with their claims department but with their attitude over email was awful. I have proof where show they damage my car and they didn't care.

This company stole my acta de nacimiento, my CURP and other expensive items! They then denied getting into the vehicle when I immediately questioned them! And said I wanted to report it. They did not give me any other information. I’m disgusted and am making a police report.

Daybreak towing is a joke upon going to retrieve my property from this place I was only giving partial of my property they kept the expensive things in other bags skip to the side I think it's adorable how they hand you your stuff in a potato bag these people are very unprofessional ask you to verify the contents of your car there's no reason why I should tell you why I have the things I have in my car then to top it off voltage of the car you can't take I understand that but if I have a speaker box in the trunk of my car that's not bolted down or anything I should be able to remove that that's part of my property know they say that's bolted so they stole money basically from me and get away with it their company is garbage it should be daybreak waste Management because that's all they are is a waste of space

They stole half of my personal belongings from my car after towing it! No one will speak to you about the situation. You're only recourse is an email.

Absolutely horrible place!!! Got my car back damaged and absolutely filthy! Lot attendant didn't care whatsoever and offered no resolution. Office said to put in a claim with their claims department but with their attitude over the phone, definitely doesn't seem like they'll make anything right. DO NOT use this place!

this company was great i had my car repo but the people in the office were really nice and the guy at the lot was too. i know its a hard job but they really nice and told me how to get my car back and what i need to do to get it

This company and whoever works for them are snakes. Upon tow, they stole the cash out of my purse and my husband's wedding ring, which was in the glove compartment since I was taking it to get engraved. Thousands of dollars, gone! I am filing in small claims asap. Beware of this company.

Hired them to get a repo which was great then all the confusion started. We would to pay them quickly so we overnighted the extra key and payment to the invoice they provided. They call us the next day and tell us to send the key to a different address. We explained it has been overnighted and they said no problem. Today I get a call wanting $40 fee to get the key to the vehicle.

(Also located at 20790 Spence St. Salinas, CA) This company operates illegally by forcing people to sign contracts releasing them from liability for damage without being allowed to inspect your car. If you were forced to sign a contract and later found damage, this contract will not hold up because you signed under duress. This is illegal. You can still make a claim against them.There is a class action suit in the works against this company.
