I went to pick up my daughter's prescription after her surgery and I realized I left my ID at Urgent Care a few days before. I showed my expired ID and explained. The pesky woman told me I had 30 minutes left before closing. I had to go home and get another adult with a valid Driver's License that would come back and pick it up for me. I sent my 18 yo ADULT daughter back to CVS and that same inconveniencing woman told her she had to be over 18, and she would not be able to get the medication either. They were then closed in the pharmacy, and my daughter will now have to suffer through a night of pain without the prescribed medication needed after surgery. Thank you CVS, your pharmacy blows.

The service in the pharmacy is terrible. No matter what time you go in the line is out the door. If you need to speak to a human you'll be on hold at least 15 minutes. They refill my 90 day prescriptions every month, making it hard to keep track. The pharmacy manager recently failed to tell me about a very significant savings on a generic medication while I waited days for the out of stock brand name, then slammed down the phone on me when I complained. Use the drive through‼️ Called ahead and CVS voice message told be the Rx was ready. Their phone system recognized my phone number so I didn’t have to ask questions to a human. Very efficient. I’m withholding 1⭐️ based on frustration memories of going inside to the pharmacy counter to pick up an Rx. Use the drove through‼️

I never really thought I would enjoy shopping at a CVS, but this one is really nice, fully carpeted, and well organized. I spent over an hour just looking around enjoying myself and ended up spending a bit more than I was anticipating. Very friendly and helpful staff there too.

My favorite drug store!!! It's convenient and I love the great discounts and coupons I receive! They have great customer service and I always find what I need.

Used to like this pharmacy never had an issue. The pharmacist I just recently worked with last Thursday was extremely rude not helpful. She told me that I don't get my medication there. I had to repeatedly tell her the spelling of my name over and over. I then gave her my prescription number. She told me again I don't go to this pharmacy..... she question me like I'm an idiot. I then parked my car go inside and speak with the nice register clerk and she found my prescription instantly. My order was never filled which it's on auto fill. So I had to leave and come back another day. My frustration and waste of time has me very unhappy. I will be taking my business to another pharmacy. I work in customer service in medial, I'm beyond baffled people talk to others the way she did.

The pharmacists and staff are incredible; knowledgeable and helpful. Their jobs are technical and complicated; high stress, very difficult. Store is well managed and efficient.

A guy name Brian, who is a new one in the pharmacy was very rude and I had a really bad experience with him, I used to pick up my medication for two years from this store and I never had this experience before!! Gave me a lot of attitude and didn’t help me pick up my dad’s medication! Unbelievable!First he said it’s for privacy and when my dad came to the counter, he still didn’t tell us the name of the medication that needs to be refilled! Saying if you are not low on medication, there is no need for me to refill them!!! Then why on earth we are there for ?I got frustrated and asked for manager, first he said there is no manager and then implied he is the manager and then leave us unattended!!! I really need to talk to manager and explain the details if anyone really cares about not loosing a customer!

I love this CVS , as the one at a different location (CP) was dirty, d*** and poor service. The pharmacist on Latrobe Rdexplains medication prescriptions in detail and customer services are excellent…..
