The team dues an excellent job with my little dog. ? I’ve been going to Bark Avenue for 5 years. Clean, friendly, great with animals. I feel comfortable leaving my dog in there care.

Whenever I go into this store the young girl behind the front counter, with blonde straight hair, parted down the middle, a little past her shoulders. She is so unfriendly! looks mad, will not say a word to you, other than glare at you. She has ZERO customer service. She is either a very unhappy person or hates her job. Its bad enough that I don't feel comfortable ever coming back to this store.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Great selection of pet supplies. My Yorkie absolutely loves her groomer, Frances! I’ve been taking my pup to Frances for grooming for about 2 years and have always been very happy.

Elise takes care of our poodle with VERY tight curls and always does an amazing job. Prices are reasonable and generally only takes her two ish hours.

Nice people at the front counter but wow have been in at least 6 times for the grooming area to get pets nails trimmed. Not a happy bunch. The ladies working there do not seem to enjoy their work and often pretty abrupt. Beth there seems to lead the bunch but very surprised that people who work with animals not very outgoing. I watched many pick up or drop animals for service and the folks at the grooming side seem very "transactional" and not very "service friendly." Not the type of demeanor I want performing services on my pet even under my watchful eye. The people at the Bark Avenue office of Bass Lake Road the two times I have been there seem to be happier.

The self wash is terrible. 3 of the 4 tubs we're broken, towels worn out, and the blowers didn't get hot enough to get my dogs dry.

Angie Z doesn't know what she is talking about she only lets you know part of the details. They do trim cat nails just the one available that day was currently unable for reasons she explained to Angie but she still decided to post false information. This company is great and had always been responsive when I have called with inquiries. Also the staff here are very friendly. I have been going here for years. Highly recommended and those who complain the price is too high. You get what you pay for good quality service and experienced groomers
