My interaction with both Walter and Tobin have been a close to perfect as possible. They communicate clearly what the problem is and the best options to proceed with. If they think something can wait a bit they tell me. If they think we should address other issues at the same time as the original issue they tell me (due to removal of certain parts to get to the part needing maintenance).
