Had to call 3 times to get RX filled.
Each time they said it was because of insurance and each time I told them I would pay for it. Still waiting.
They also ALWAYS get another RX wrong that I need to call them to correct each time.
I'll be changing RXs to CVS.

Went to pick up my meds today and the girl that was there at the cashier in the pharmacy area, doesn't seem to like her job very much. Like seriously you don't have to work there especially with bad attitude.

This Walgreen's store in El Cerrito is a real shit hole of a store, especially their rude ass customers and fuckin employees. Last night I had a very rude experience, where an ignorant asshole customer who was ahead of me in line had snickered at me for no fuckin reason. Then it had got worse , where the slow ass cashier had picked up on the incident , then started acting rude snickering at me. I wish I could have got out of that line, but hers was the only one that was opened, so I had to bear the brunt of her rudeness once I finally got up to the checkout. Never in my entire life have I been treated so rudely. You have just lost a real good loyal customer.

Always looking trash filled outside, always transients outside asking for things. Lots of theft based on the appearance of the building and merchandise being locked up. For the past 5 months the machine to do passport photos has been down. It's a huge inconvenience to those who need to come and get things done in the community.

I've been on hold with the pharmacy for over 18 minutes. It's not even lunch time. Hire more people or teach the employees you have some basic customer service skills. Blows my mind that this place operates like this.

We had scheduled flu vaccines for 2 kids and 4 COVID boosters for the 4 of us. They were quick and everything went nice and smooth. It was perfect!

I honestly feel for the staff who work here. This location is very dirty, the conditions that the employees are existing in are appalling. The employees are usually nice, but the shelves are half empty and the floors and facilities are very dirty. How often is this location cleaned? This is a perfect example of not caring for a location based on the location in a community that's less valued by big corporations. Avoid this location.

Ordered some items from Ikea to be picked up here. Went to the fed ex counter as instructed in my email. Employee Joseph Simons was helping me. His first response was we are not a fed ex we are a walgreens. I pointed to the sign above his head that said fed ex. Then he said there were no deliveries today so we don't have your packages. I told them it came in a few days ago. And then he said we don't hold them long and it's not longer here. All while not even checking a thing. I then said ok, but asked him for his name and then he decided to ask me for my tracking number which isn't provided with Ikea. He then finally asked me name and said the package is here. Had I listened to him the first time I wouldn't have gotten my package. What's so hard about checking and trying to help a customer instead of just telling them it's not there? based on the reviews Walgreens probably doesn't care. If it wasn't an option for Ikea pickup I probably wouldn't have come here.

The pharmacists here are excellent. But Walgreens as an institution is horrible, with inconsistent and inaccurate prescription refill procedures, and this store is not particularly well kept.

Very bad customer service, no body cares.
I wanted to get some stuff from the cosmetic department and I needed some help,I asked but no one responded I waited for 10 minutes and I went back home without buying anything.
