As of 7/1/2023 these are the Hours of Operation at 11135 San Pablo Avenue. Having evening access to the lobby on a Saturday was / is super helpful - including the sizable drop box that fits up to a Flat Rate Medium Box #2.

Very bad experience. Just come in late for about 2 mins on Saturday and the staff told me she cannot take the package since its out of their service time.

Woman working counter insisted she know what’s in my package for some random reason and tried speaking to me like I’m her own child. Very disrespectful. You can ask if it’s hazardous but do not demand to know what’s in my package. Nut case

Never called me back after a week to inform me on how to properly have a box unlocked for someone who is unable to do so. I had to come back to this office to hear him say in the back room "see hes not that smart"?. Thankfully someone else assisted me.

I didn't have any issues when I went here. There was only two customers ahead of me and the wait wasn't long at all. The sales associate who assisted me was very nice and friendly and she and I had a small laugh with one another. I was in the area and it was quite convenient and within walking distance. If I'm in the area I would come back here again.

There is an elderly fulltime postal worker who keeps giving me the wrong information and would not budge. First, because of his accent, I could hardly understand what he was insisting. But he would not give me the receipt because according to him, First Class International mail could not be tracked anyway. Wrong! We can track First Class International mail with the tracking number that is issued online until it departs the US, and even after it reaches to another country, their post office will notify you when it is delivered. Second, he would not accept the change of address request form for business. According to him, business mail could not be forwarded. Wong again! I brought the notice I received from United State Postal Service in Memphis, Tennessee to change the business address from temporary change status to permanent change because the time is running out. If this worker was right, why would I received the notice from United State Postal Service that I should change the status? I even showed this notice to him, but he would not budge. Maybe he could not read. I had gone to another post office, and there was no problem. Customers! Do not listen to his nonsense. He should not be working there.
