We went to this branch to get our mails since we had it held at this location. We already filed a Change of Address but the mails still going to the old place. The other employees just gave our mails as we show our valid driver's licenses. The black woman named Lashonda was rude and quite irrational. She hasn't changed, even in answering the phone! USPS should strictly filter their employees before hiring and do a regular performance evaluation. Lashonda's working etiquette doesn't match with USPS' mission. She shouldn't be working in USPS at all. She refused to understand the issue even threathened to call the police as if we were doing something wrong.I asked for a supervisor because she has limited understanding on the issue, hence, making not only us but also her blood pressure high by shouting at us. She claimed to be one of the supervisors of the place.

They don't answer their phone no matter what button you push and there's no way to leave a message. I complained on the national level and everyone passed the buck, just shrugging as if to say, "Yes it's broken but it's good enough.''
