I needed a document notarized and overnited to a title company in Washington. I found the closest UPS store in the Richmond Marina area and called. Voice mail. You know it's not going to get answered when they ask you to leave the date and time you called. Surprise, they never called me back. Instead, I headed over to see them in person. No notary there and they were not sure when she would be there. Great. From the parking lot, I called the UPS store off San Pablo. They answered and were ready to help. In about 10 minutes, I pulled up in front. Fantastic service. Very fun to talk to and would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

Newer to the neighborhood, I really appreciate this UPS store. The associates are really wonderful, always smiling and polite, and working beyond expectations. Thank you for always providing exceptional service!

This location has quickly become my go-to UPS Store. The store is clean and well-organized, with friendly and helpful staff who are always willing to go the extra mile. The first time I came in, I didn't realize I actually had a FedEx return. Monica still helped me figure out what to do, told me where to go, and even taped up my box for me. I've been here five times since then, and they've always done a bang up job.Recently, I had a package that I needed to ship urgently. I came in right before closing, and the staff were still happy to help me. They packed and shipped my package, gave me a discount, and had me out the door within 10 minutes.I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for reliable, efficient, and friendly service.

Excellent ups store. Rarely a wait and helpful, friendly people working there. Easy parking zone in front and convenient location across the street from the Safeway. Much better than the crowded ups store in the plaza that I used to use.

Very friendly and efficient.Although it is on San Pablo Ave, no issue with parking. I am closer to the Meeker Ave store, but this team here is so much better and customer service is top notch. Plus it is a very clean store.

I had to ground-ship a box weighing 30 lbs to my daughter on the east coast. I did a quick check online and found UPS was cheaper than USPS in this case. This is the first time I've been to this UPS store and decided to give them a try since they've gotten good reviews for service. The employee (Bebeck) was very helpful as I've never shipped anything x-country before aside from Amazon and Zappos returns. He was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. There were no other customers on a weekday morning so the whole process went smoothly and quickly. I most likely will return here for future shipping needs.

I dropped off a UPS package here and was helped by Puskar. Unfortunately the label wouldn't scan as I had tape over the bar code in a way that wasn't making it possible. Despite that, he took the package and said he would input the details by hand later so I didn't have to wait around whilst he did that, and recommended I take a picture of the package and label.When I checked later to make sure that it had been logged by UPS it wasn't showing up as having been dropped off. I called Himalayan Grocery and Puskar told me that the package had been picked up. He went out of his way to help me. He entered the details again and said he would check in with the UPS driver that day when he came to pick up other packages. Then unprompted, he texted me an update later that day, telling me he had checked with the driver and he said it was in his truck and he took care of it that day. It's so rare to have that level of care and follow up, I am so grateful to know there are people like Puskar out there that care about their customers!

I never thought I'd review a UPS store but I had such a great experience here I thought I'd show them some love.I HATE going to UPS stores. But in today's world chances are you'll have to hit one up every now and again to make a return for something you ordered online or on Amazon.In the past I've even paid to have something shipped from somewhere else just to avoid going to a UPS store even though it would have been free.I try to avoid the location @ the El Cerrito Plaza at all costs! The parking sucks. There's usually a line. And I always get stuck behind someone who is difficult and has a million packages while I'm stuck standing there holding a package that's boxed, labeled and ready to go and only needs to be scanned. And the workers there never seem very happy while doing there jobs.I get the feeling this is a family run location. I only say that because the couple times I've been here the workers were of Indian decent. And they were super polite and respectful and seemed genuinely greatfull for my business.I recently switched internet providers and I was told I could return my old modem @ any UPS store free of charge. No box or label was necessary. Except when I got here the nice older lady said I needed to give her my account # which of course I did not have readily. I asked her to give me a couple minutes while I try to look it up on my phone. I noticed her punching in #'s on her computer off the old modem. Possibly a serial # or something. And she was able to retrieve my info as I stood there getting no where on my phone. She was so nice about it too. She printed out a label and my receipt and I was out the door. I'm sure any other store would have told me to kick rocks without an account # to give them. I really appreciate her going the extra mile for me.I highly recommend this location! I now have a new go-to location for all my shipping related needs!

I never thought I would be writing a review for a UPS store but this location deserves all the accolades it can get. The family that runs this store is so efficient and friendly. The store is never too crowded, very organized, and extremely clean. The service is top notch and so quick, even if there are customers before you. I honestly have not gone back to the other UPS locations since finding this hidden gem. They are located right across San Pablo from Safeway, which for some reason is easy to miss, but is so conveniently located to everything. Try them out! Experience superb customer service at its finest, it a rarity these days!

Love this UPS store! Staff are friendly and were helpful when helping me decide to ship an awkwardly sized object. I decided not to but they were gracious and understanding about it. Otherwise, fast dropoff for pre-labeled packages. Bonus: they gifted my toddler balloons the few times we went there. So kind of them!
