I have never been to this smoke shop but I know exactly where its at as a past El Cerrito resident. I wanted to give this store a good rating due to recent shocking news. They are now temporarily closed and maybe permanently closed due to a robbery. Two a-holes rammed their truck into the store to mainly steal cigarettes. What is this world coming to? To the owners, I'm sorry this happened to your business. I truly hope you will be able to reopen.

Great shop owner the old man is so nice , great customer service every time Iv never had any issues . Iv read some of the reviews and it's mostly the other cigarettes customers writing bad reviews what can I say haters will hate , but please come see for your self their customer service and the dedication that's have to their customers y'all are smart y'all can tell the difference on these reviews , but some people fell the need to hear them self speak also lol I won't shop anywhere else

The owner which is the old guy that works the counter is still selling Menthol Cigarettes even though they're being banned everywhere else since the beginning of 2023. He keeps the menthol cigarettes in the back, and he don't keep them in front on Display. At first he was selling them to me for $16 a pack for the whole month of January, then just last week I go in and he's trying to hit me up for $20 a pack and I told him no forget it I'm not paying that much for a pack of Newports. He should have kept the price the same as $16 a pack, which they should be $14 a pack, at which price he was selling them the month of December. So I'm writing this review to expose him for having a rude attitude, and awful customer service. I haven't been back since I paid $16 for a pack. He's not getting $20 out of me. Also the candy is stale that he sells up front. I won't go back to this Dusty Store.

Absolutely my favorite smoke shop. Have been coming here since I was 18 years old. The owners are so nice and always are so respectful and kind. Amazing prices :)

The gentleman here is really nice. He had a synthetic nicotine vape brand that I couldn't find anywhere else in the area (Komge), and I had called or been to at least 6 places. While I was there the first time, I also decided to grab a new pipe on my way out, and he gave me a discount that I wasn't expecting, since I had bought 2 vapes, so that was very kind of him. I'll keep coming back. Thank you!
