This store is great because they have a notary on duty much more often than neighboring UPS stores. It's very convenient. I am always glad to give them my business. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

I'm thrilled to have this new UPS store so nearby. (I live above the del Norte BART station.) The service is incredible. Amazingly helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Yesterday i met Monica, and she was so wonderful. I typically hate going to the UPS store because there's always a line and not the best customer service, but she made my day. She was so kind and helpful and I will be going back to this location because of her.
