“The Yerba Buena Gardens that run across the top of Moscone center run for three city blocks from Folsom Street to Mission Street and bounded by third Street and fourth Street. The Yerba Buena Gardens are basically the roof of Moscone center with waterfalls tables sometimes live performances and just a great place to enjoy nature in the middle of the city.”

“Glad i had a chance to visit Pier 39 as I have not been back due to the issues i've read about that SF is facing but i was with 2 other women and felt safe enough. I know there's still some issues but most big cities have their bad areas. I was here on Monday April 1st and we walked around and it was a beautiful sunny day and vendors selling food and just all around a nice day.”

“Beautiful shopping center with grocer, clothing, hardware, cosmetics and multiple coffee shops. Free parking. Security does monitor the parking lot and I have seen first hand an officer ticketing cars for being parked more than the 30 minutes posted time limit. (I believe it is a private not governmental ticket so unsure of the implications of non-payment)”

“We had so much fun at Pier 39, the weather was perfect! Our Goldendoodle puppy saw the barking sea lions for the first time and they barked back and forth lol! We even took him inside a photo booth, while they didn't turn out perfectly lol, we now have memories to cherish! The shops and restaurants are endless, I purchased a couple things from Aleenk Technologies and we had lunch at Pier Market restaurant! I would HIGHLY recommend visiting Pier 39, for breathtaking views and unique businesses! We parked on the 3rd floor at Pier 39 Parking Garage and it led straight to the Pedestrian Bridge Walkway, the access to Pier 39 shops and restaurants! We are looking forward to returning to check out The Flyer when I'm no longer pregnant! Maybe we'll even add a love lock to the Pier! ;-) SYOY!”

“Beautiful waterfront space to eat or walk ~ Jack London Square holds a special place in my heart as I used to live/work in the lofts walking distance nearby before anything developed into what it is today. I still remember taking our Australian shepherd for a walk along the way when it was just a few restaurants (some still there/some not), barely any residents or grass for her to play. Whenever I'm back in the area, this is one of the areas I'll revisit to eat at a restaurant, catch the sunset or early morning coffee walk. The marina is relatively clean, peaceful, family and pet/pedestrian-friendly, with views of Alameda and San Francisco. Modern wooden benches and decent public restrooms are available. While I prefer not to use public restrooms if there's other options, the women's restrooms here thankfully did not make me cringe. Some restaurants open up around 11am. Metered parking or garage parking options. With one of my fave Farmhouse Thai restaurants here, it's always a good reason to come to Jack London Square or for farmers market. If I were ever to live in Oakland again, this would be a potential neighborhood.”

“I like this plaza, it's small but it has a bit of everything. The only bad thing is that there are people watching your car and bags, ready to steal if you leave belongings inside your car, just be careful. The shops are 9/10.”

“Personal cars parked at Alameda Landing for access to the restaurant, shops, banks, groceries, department stores, urgent care, or charging-up the EV, are not apparently experiencing high rates of car burglaries happening off-island. Such a stress reliever. Fill the gas tank, go for froyo, window shop, watch kids play on the children’s contraptions, take pictures, buy a new shirt or flower vase, go eat burgers or sushi, grab some groceries and drive home. Or drive 5 minutes out to the point and breathe. Peace.”

“The restaurant was better than average. The service was courteous & efficient. I ordered my usual Eggs Benedict and was DISAPPOINTED..........The bread so hard I could barely cut it with my knife & the eggs were overcooked. But they are under new ownership. Because of the way I was treated I am willing to give them another try.”

“Love In-N-Out double doubles. However, not used to walk ins; spoiled by drive thru in So Cal. I use a cane so it was rough with no parking. Packed, no place to sit while waiting. Grateful they had someone help me carry my order. Bad news/good news. My order was missing fries. Called the # on my receipt and they are sending me a coupon to replace missing items. Really appreciated the good customer service to make things right. Thank you.”

“I went there for some in-n-out food. Crowded and safe with a security guard there. Don't leave anything in your car ever.l (even if it is hidden do not leave a thing).”

“Great little shopping and dining plaza with really good Asian food. Also, great place to learn about Asian culture since there is an Asian cultural center and the plaza houses a branch of the oakland library. Nothing much has changed other than a couple shops have closed permanently including the Boba shop next to the bank of America. That's too bad they were my go to drink place when I visited Chinatown.”

“Even though the image shows a car store..wr did not go there. Opposite of that is a movie theater. U would not think so at first walking in but ur walking past the inside of the old theater to the new one...it looks very futuristic to me... They need more choices at the food stand but other than that it was great...”

“I love this Target. I can get everything that I need for the house and the family in one shopping trip. The prices here are very good. The savings often exceed savings at other stores in the area and there are a few staples that are always cheaper such as the Pearl Milling (Aunt Jemima) syrup.”

“The target is basically a chunk of the old Sears building. It has a lot of stuff, much of it displayed California style - behind plexiglass.Nice inside escalators. Plenty of parking for the area. Bank of America and Subway as well”

“To the Imax for Dune 2. I wondered later, as it was so loud, were other theaters required to be as loud to show the film. That'd be the issue I had with it. Else, I miss the Metreo of yore when there was a Sony store with all the latest goodies.”

“It's such an impressive building and a wow feeling entrance looking into the building. I knew the real estate agent that sold the building about 40 years ago for $400M and made a commission of $1M. He was set for life. At that time, it was the most expensive building. Check it out when you are in town.”

“Welcome to China, or at least an airport in China. It’s clean, but.., unless you’re of the culture of a rich old money Asian, this is not it. Maybe your Asian grandparents who go to hotels in the hills would dig it… There’s a HK street style shop, but just an egg puff will cost you $7 after tax… just go get your groceries and get back outside to the nice views. There’s also a nice cannabis shop nearby to try.”

“Hilltop plaza is a fun place to walk around and grab a drink / see a movie. Parking can be an issue but if you can get to the parking garage above everything, you’ll be able to find a nice spot for a reasonable price if your arriving by car.”

“Sinus is very clean they have security guards and one even remembered me from my story I told him and said you don't live here you have to go, very nicely. I felt safe most of the time but it's wide is open and even at 2:00 in the morning they have the security guard so you feel safer. It's just a nice place where you can sit with friends have lunch have coffee have a late bite to eat over at the pizza place down there”
