“I needed a document notarized and overnited to a title company in Washington. I found the closest UPS store in the Richmond Marina area and called. Voice mail. You know it's not going to get answered when they ask you to leave the date and time you called. Surprise, they never called me back. Instead, I headed over to see them in person. No notary there and they were not sure when she would be there. Great. From the parking lot, I called the UPS store off San Pablo. They answered and were ready to help. In about 10 minutes, I pulled up in front. Fantastic service. Very fun to talk to and would do business with them again in a heartbeat.”
“I must have been lucky or timed my visit right--I was the only one in line and was even more fortunate to have a very professional, polite, knowledgeable and patient employee who completed my transaction in a timely and informative manner. Sorry I didn't get his name but I think it was something along the lines of John? He is a definite asset to the company, as was another stellar employee I had the last time I was there.Going by the reviews it seems like people went on busy understaffed days.”

Can't say how much I appreciate the kindness & the feel good vibe I get from this store when I go there. It really means a lot.
These days doing errands have become such a headache w/ long lines, people not knowing their jobs or even the answer to a question.
But the *Team* @ The UPS Store in The El Cerrito Plaza got it together.

“As of 7/1/2023 these are the Hours of Operation at 11135 San Pablo Avenue. Having evening access to the lobby on a Saturday was / is super helpful - including the sizable drop box that fits up to a Flat Rate Medium Box #2.”

Unlike another one I went to, the staff here are friendly, there's sometimes a short line but it always moves fast, I know I don't need to worry or think about my package again once it's in their hands. Parking is also easy. It's overall an easy, enjoyable experience. This will definitely be my go to UPS store from now on.”
