Very friendly and helpful pharmacist. Good prices. Convenient location where I can groceries and pickup meds with one trip. App is not the best and forget about calling. They are a people person not phone people. Hahaha.

Safeway is one of the stores that must tell employees that it's ok to profile people and follow them until they are uncomfortable and no longer wish to shop here anymore..I'm over any place where the same person asks if I need help more than once...no thank you

The old man the man with the grey hair in the pharmacy is very very rude and needs to learn how to talk to people. Last week he told me there is no moderna vaccine or pfier one and told me to call and come back the following week I did and he got an attitude with me and was very rude. He was lucky I just left and didn't cuss out his azz. He needs God to help him or a good fbck

Aside from the phone issues others have mentioned this pharmacy is incredible. Allen and Justine the pharmacists are knowledgeable, kind and helpful. They are why I stay!!! If I could give them 20 stars I would!!!

I went to my appointment at 10:00 which I had set up online. The pharmacist said I wasn't in the system and couldn't take me that day as he was alone. He said there were two people waiting but other than that there was no line. I asked if he could fit me in and he walked away. I find this unacceptable. A vaccination takes about five minutes and there was no reason he had to be rude and couldn't fit me in since I was already there.

In the past 6 months they hired 2 different rude and completely clueless register people, which negates the good pharmacists. Now I drive to Central Pharmacy in Richmond for my scripts.

This pharmacy never answers the phone! I can't stand this!!! The only way to speak to them is by going in. That is so not convenient when I'm disabled. There have been days where I cannot walk or stand but yet I'm forced to go in there and stand at the counter to get my questions answered. When that happens im in severe pain for days and stuck in bed because I cannot walk. I saw another post that said they have haff long standing trouble with their lines. F'ing fix it!!!!!!! FUUUUUUUUUU#%!!!!!!!! I'd give no stars if I could, I don't care how nice the staff is! They don't want to bother fixing it, makes them part off the problem!!!!

Online shoppers, be careful specially if you do online shopping and pickup, make sure the stuffs they are in the cart, otherwise you are paying for the stuffs are not in the cart, and also do not return and ask for refund, staffs are very lazy they will just take the paper and circle the amount and says refund and tell you expect the refund with in 3-5 business day and refund will never come in your account. Be careful

The customer service from Anton at the deli was amazing. There was a long line and he was working solo and gave each customer the time, patience and service that you would hope for. Beyond him the store is mediocre and when you try to get a manager like I did today to tell him how great her staff were she looked at me and walked away.

Hate to be this guy but if it helps someone else out then it's worth it. Do not use the delivery service from this location. Several times I've had the unfortunate experience of having them drop off my items well before the window I scheduled, and with ZERO notifications that it was on its way, or that it had been delivered off after the fact. I don't know if this is an issue for all Safeway locations but it is definitely one here.

Just moved from San Rafael, and I realized that Safeway's cut-fruit bowels in San Rafael are packed full, but for the same price, this Safeway's bowels are not full at all on any of them. Also, those cut-fruit taste like soap when I've tried them 3 times. I wonder who is packing the cut-fruit bowels.

Waited 25 minutes to get the toothpaste cabinet unlocked. Pushed the button a dozen times and asked 2 different people. 5 minutes away from leaving my whole cart behind going somewhere else
