cashier did not remove items before charging me and made me pay more an 90 dollars for items that should’ve only costed 20 something dollars. once i checked that it was more than 90 and said something about it the cashier that charged me chucked knowing she did not remove the items and i found that childish. check if your register is clear before charging a customer.

The staff is rude and is sure to treat every person that enters as a potential thief as opposed to a potential customer.why else would they be letting people in one at a time.california sucks and is full of idiots.even the weather is bipolar.

Realize that they have a great deal of theft here..And this has changed our retail experience.. they treat us like suspects before we set foot in a store. but the security person who looks about 14 was rude beyond belief. Both going in and going out. For absolutely no reason. Except maybe his age made him feel uncomfortable and his lack of confidence came out as bullying. Been a fan of Ross for so long but this kind of rude I don't need.

This is the most ridiculous store. They stop you when you walk in for 'safety and theft' reasons... they dont check you on the way out, though. Haha! Dumb and stupid.

Exit customer service, Plenty to choose from of Clothing. Speakers headphones etc.I love shopping there. Very safe Camera. Plenty of lighting at night.Security guard at parking lot end cameras. Parking free. Very happy.
